It's incredibly easy to add a new flag that immediately propagates across all of your environments. The identity and segment overrides work out of the box and their API latency + webhooks have made working with a third party have 0 risk to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some small improvements I'd make but overall it's great.

1. Deleting my identity overrides is a bit tedious - wish I could clear them all from a flag at once.

2. I'd love to provide flagsmith with my customer name to ID mapping - when I'm looking at a flag it's nice to see the customer names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Free tier (it's really important for me in the early stages, when I start generating revenue I wouldn't hesitate to switch to paid plan)
