What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The price is reasonable. It is easy for my colleague to run it from a browser. I can install unattended access easily. it is my 2nd year to renew the software.

More and more software is implementing multi-authentication through SMS, email, or google authenticator app.

I hope Fixme.IT can follow the trend for security reasons.

SInce CoVID-19, all of my colleagues have been working from with laptops. I can use fixme.It to support them and help solve any IT related issues.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

It's simple to use for both my end users and myself. It's helped me be more flexible with our IT resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

My biggest issue is sending files can be slow or tiresome without being able to batch them or send a folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

FixMe is the most cost-effective tool we have ever used for remote support of windows end-users and servers. FixMe is easy for end-users to use, with built-in tools IT workers need to support them. A quick download and launch of a single file and support can see the end-users screen or show the end-user their screen. The ability to quickly and easily get access to end-users computers cuts down on the length of support calls. Our priority is getting users back to work quickly and reducing the time IT spends fixing problems. FixMe allows us to do both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

The lack of support for Linux, web browsers, and mobile platforms is the most significant disadvantage FixMe has. It would also be nice if the end-user could go to a web page and launch the application there, rather than needing to download an exe and run it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FixMe allows us to support our at-home workers with a minimal IT staff. It also simplifies administering Windows servers and desktops. The ability to preinstall the software and access a windows computer saves us a lot of time. FixMe also allows us to share licenses between multiple IT staff; this saves us a significant amount of money for team members that don't often need to use it. FixMe.IT allows me to see exactly what is happening on a user's desktop and control the mouse if necessary to assist them in fixing the errors that may occur in any program.
