What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

No Mac support.

No mobile app.

Sometimes mouse and keyboard do not work on remote PC.

Slow to connect.

Having to switch to the Expert window to chat.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I really like the ease of helping a user establish a connection of the phone. It is a simple process that allows me to connect quickly with little phone instruction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
