What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I have used several remote management software and the one reason why I come back again and again to FixMe.IT is that when troubleshooting VPN issues this is the best tool! The reason why is that in connecting and disconnecting from VPN I have to close my session and restart with other software, whereas with FixMe.IT I can stay in the same support session. What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

I wish there was more support ticket inegration like other remote support software. But as a whole I can't complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FixMe.IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the problem of trying to do support session via zoom or MS Teams. Not the recomended way of doing support as many windows prompts are hidden. FixMe.IT is exceptional as providing full admin capabilities as if I was in front of the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I use FixMe.IT to connect remotely to our users that are located in different offices. It saves time driving to the user to fix simple or complex problems. What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The client-side is simple, with an installer that is deployed to endpoints but also the engagement via a web browser is so much simpler than other solutions on the market. FixMe.IT was chosen based on the frustration of other solutions and the difficulty of connectivity for users with limited IT skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

The management controls can be a little flakey at times and aren't always the clearest for new users but this is remedied after a few sessions have been run. Theoption for mobile phone deployment and management would be a lovely add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

It's been 100% reliable in 2 years working from home. Other office members used Windows Remote & many other more expensive companies and had multiy reliability issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

It is quick and easy for most of my clients to open the website and run the client installer. I also like the unattended access feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

Every now and then my number pad doesn't work, and it seems random, which is odd. There are also some compaines who prevent the client from installing on their users' PCs, but that is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FixMe.IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use FixMe.IT to assist my clients with many different software issues. It helps a great deal to be able to see exactly what they are seeing and to be able to control their mouse and keyboard as well. What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I like the fact that we can set it up for use by the team to be able to share resources to better enable remote support. The ease of use makes it very adaptable for all our team with very little footprint on the client machine for unattended setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

No support for Mac/IOS and Linux. We have a mix of users and we are not currently able to support our Linux or Apple/MacOS clients but from what I hear support on MacIOS is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product offers the best bang for the buck. One thing the is missing is the support for MacOS and Linux, but it appears that MacOS support is on the horizon. Great product and always easy to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

Easy to use with all the functions you need as an IT person fixing things remotely. I can setup unattended access which will allow me to remote in when no one is present on the other end. Also, the screen does not go blank when doing admin setting changes on other end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My list of unattended PCs are not always present in groups that I setup. In terms of mangement of an environment this isnt the best software but I am sure they can improve this feature going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the cheapest remote support software on the market, and for the price, you get everything you need. I looked at many other types of software, and I chose this one over the others any day. What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

it works, speed and video quality were great on most of the session. so far I have not experienced and session glitch or drop. file transfer was easy. so far no end-user complaint.

After some time, I find it getting easier and easier to use. All I have to tell the end-user is to please click the fixme.it links I shared with you, or please open a browser and type fixme.it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

I wish the interface could be a little more intuitive. It took me some time to understand or find some of the features. I also with fixme.it support linux/mac/ios/android clients. I did not like this tool on the first try as I was so used to another remote tool interface. But after some time, I find it getting easier and easier to use. All I have to tell the end-user is to please click the fixme.it links I shared with you, or please open a browser and type fixme.it

The only con so far is that I wish fixme.it supports other platforms like linux/mac/ios/android etc. otherwise. this remote tool works great. What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

It is easy for me to use and easy for my clients to use. I don't think it can get any simpler to use for the Tech or the Clients. It has hands down beating out other remote support tools, by the ease of use, customazation, and the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that i have found that i dislike about it is that it doesn't support Mac OSX or any mobile devices. I would love for support to be added for those two things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
