I have used several remote management software and the one reason why I come back again and again to FixMe.IT is that when troubleshooting VPN issues this is the best tool! The reason why is that in connecting and disconnecting from VPN I have to close my session and restart with other software, whereas with FixMe.IT I can stay in the same support session. I use FixMe.IT to connect remotely to our users that are located in different offices. It saves time driving to the user to fix simple or complex problems. The client-side is simple, with an installer that is deployed to endpoints but also the engagement via a web browser is so much simpler than other solutions on the market. Nothing, logs your connectivity as well if you want to report to work your online time. If it could add activity usage to prove it was being used then that would be incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is quick and easy for most of my clients to open the website and run the client installer. I also like the unattended access feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every now and then my number pad doesn't work, and it seems random, which is odd. There are also some compaines who prevent the client from installing on their users' PCs, but that is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that we can set it up for use by the team to be able to share resources to better enable remote support. The ease of use makes it very adaptable for all our team with very little footprint on the client machine for unattended setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No support for Mac/IOS and Linux. We have a mix of users and we are not currently able to support our Linux or Apple/MacOS clients but from what I hear support on MacIOS is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use with all the functions you need as an IT person fixing things remotely. I can setup unattended access which will allow me to remote in when no one is present on the other end. it works, speed and video quality were great on most of the session. so far I have not experienced and session glitch or drop. file transfer was easy. so far no end-user complaint.

I wish the interface could be a little more intuitive. It took me some time to understand or find some of the features. I also with fixme.it support linux/mac/ios/android clients. It is easy for me to use and easy for my clients to use. I don't think it can get any simpler to use for the Tech or the Clients. It has hands down beating out other remote support tools, by the ease of use, customazation, and the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that i have found that i dislike about it is that it doesn't support Mac OSX or any mobile devices. I would love for support to be added for those two things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
