What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I like that FixMe.IT is very user-friendly so I have no issues connecting with clients quickly. Most of my clients have zero issues opening a browser to get to the appropriate website. I also email clients with a link to make connecting with me easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

I wish there was a user dashboard where I could see other users in my firm and add new users myself. Support is very responsive and helpful, but it would be easier if I had more control on my end. I would love to see an admin console that can control other users on the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FixMe.IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for an accounting firm and I use FixMe.IT to connect with clients so I can fix issues they have with their accounting software. I also use it to get backups of clients' information so I can restore it on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
