What do you like best about Fireside?

I found the top-notch CRM too including an automated mailroom, relational database, mobile-ready newsletter, & casework. this tool helps us a lot in our official work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fireside?

I don't mind their service, just their customer service is a bit slow, and live chat doesn't solve all the problems. Most of the time, they issue tickets, which take a long time to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fireside solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help of this tool, our company stores all its customer records or data in an organized manner, in which information such as customer's name, number, email id, address etc. is kept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and insightful"

What do you like best about Fireside?

The analytics were all top of the class and the reports were too good so much so that the we did not have to create our analytics on our own. These were also very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fireside?

The cluster of options could be improved to make them look a little better so that they seem much more user friendly and easier to use by anyone. This will be a good upgrade Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fireside solving and how is that benefiting you?

Podcasts is fairly new field and with fireside its even better. The amount of data that is converted and transformed helps us to n analytics and then further more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thier website is a bit unconvincing. Often the name is confused with fireside chat which is a totally different entity. However, these might improve over time when the compary ripes up a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
