**What do you like best about FIS Credit and Collections?**

This is a great platform that automates the blindspots in credits and collection management. We no longer have to depend on our conservative manual approach, this product is here to stay with it's immaculate potential for reducing gaps between credit and collection agencies for any business

**What do you dislike about FIS Credit and Collections?**

Ive not come to think that i could really dislike something about a potentially good product at this point in time. however with further usage i will keep the comment updates with any further corrective feedback

**What problems is FIS Credit and Collections solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one main problem of depending on manual processes to be able to bridge credit and collection. this tool breaks the orthodox approach and provides more time and workforce for us to focus on various other areas of work
