It just does what it's supposed to do which is make affiliate management easy with like affiliate links and resources and all in a dashboard.

First things first, the support team at FirstPromoter is seriously amazing! Whenever I had a question or hit a roadblock, they were there in a jiffy, ready to lend a hand. There is one minor drawback: the current dashboard and UI/UX could use a little makeover. It's not the prettiest or most intuitive interface out there. However, the good news is that I've heard they're working on revamping the dashboard. It works with recurring payments, Stripe coupon codes and Stripe payment links are the features needed for our company (B2B SaaS). Also, the onboarding support was great. We switched from idevaffiliate where the user support was nonexistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the beginning, their customer support has already BLOWN Keap's out of the water!! They've been so helpful the entire way. From early demo questions to integration help to our platform questions once we transitioned from our other affiliate tracking platform, they've been responsive + helpful. Love Firstpromoter — especially coming from Keap. There are some small data points + feature adjustments that would take this platform to the next level. The reports system never seems to return accurate numbers. When I pull reports, there always seems to be mismatches. The owner of the company and I both are baffled by this. Even worse, sometimes even when a promoter isn't connected to a campaign, they will get credit from a sale from a difference promo and then I have to explain to the partner what went wrong.
