## First Due Reviews
  ### 1. Comprehensive Fire Department Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like how user-friendly First Due is. Everything is very well labeled and very descriptive for all the controls. It's really easy to just hop on, note what you need to do, and get back off. It helps make the time needed for documentation be decreased significantly. I'm able to hop on and complete a fire report in minutes. The continuity from the phone, the iPad, and the web app is nice. Additionally, First Due support was rapid to come up with solutions and program the software specifically to our department.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

I would like to see Apple Watch integration. It would be nice to be able to see the incidents on a native Apple Watch app.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due handles all our fire department records from A to Z, allowing us to analyze and document everything on one platform, eliminating the need to switch between different platforms and vendors.

**Official Response from Rhyann O'Mara:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled that First Due has been able to significantly decrease your documentation time and provide continuity across different devices.

  ### 2. Effortless and Reliable for Firefighter Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin J.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like how First Due makes everything easier to access with its layout and how neat everything is. It's very simple and easy to use, which is convenient for our department. I also appreciate the customer service; they're fast to fix things when they're not working. Additionally, First Due allows me to easily find the location of calls that just came in, which is really helpful for my job as a firefighter.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

There's only been one problem with First Due, where our call would come out as messages, but other than that, it hasn't had any issues with me.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use First Due for writing reports and viewing calls. It makes accessing information easier with its neat layout and helps me quickly find call locations.

**Official Response from Rhyann O'Mara:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're pleased to hear that First Due is helping you easily access information and find call locations. We're committed to continuously improving our platform to better serve your needs.

  ### 3. Promising Response Module, Needs Better Scheduling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I find the response module in First Due particularly promising and I'm intrigued by the digital command board. I appreciate its capability for better tracking of crews on the fireground, which seems to offer a strategic enhancement to operational efficiency. Moreover, the ability to create command board templates tailored for different types of incidents reflects a level of customization that suggests potential for versatile application across various scenarios. I also value the broader networking advantage presented by First Due, which allows for sharing pre-plans with other agencies in our area. This feature not only fosters community-wide preparedness but also signifies a collaborative approach to emergency response planning.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

I think there's room to improve the scheduling. I came from CrewForce and I felt that was a more user friendly system.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use First Due for day-to-day operations, benefiting from the digital command board for crew tracking and customizable templates. It aids in scheduling and response planning, improving department coordination and enabling pre-plan sharing with other agencies.

  ### 4. Great for Inspections, Scheduling Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele M. | Executive Assistant, Public Safety, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I really like the Inspections Module and the Assets Module of First Due. These features are invaluable in helping us manage and keep our inventory and truck/equipment trucks updated. They allow us to see where we stand with repairs and identify what equipment needs to be replaced. The Inspections Module is particularly beneficial for maintaining organization with our yearly inspections, and it makes it easy to track re-inspections and monitor any existing violations. Additionally, we have found the Inspections Module to streamline the process, making it much easier to schedule and organize our inspections. We are also starting to explore the Preplan module to develop our preplans, which is another promising aspect of the software.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

I find the scheduling feature in First Due challenging to configure for our small department. It seems tailored for larger departments, and we're struggling to adapt it for our needs. Our department doesn't stick with the same truck throughout the day, and it's complicated to manage the shift board so that it integrates well with our incident responses. Additionally, setting up First Due was somewhat more difficult than we anticipated, and we're still in the process of configuring certain modules.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find First Due streamlines our inspections, organizes our inventory, and helps track equipment maintenance and replacements. The assets and inspections modules keep us up-to-date and organized, which enhances our operational efficiency.

  ### 5. Essential Tool for Firefighters, Ease of Use Shines

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like the First Due platform, especially the apparatus overview and checklist features. The checklist feature enhances my experience by allowing me to create checklists with equipment and perform added lists for any broken gear. The initial setup was simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

The scheduling could be updated with clock in and clock out.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due helps with scheduling, managing contact information, and providing apparatus overviews. The checklist feature lets me track equipment and handle broken gear efficiently.

  ### 6. Efficient and User-Friendly for Fire Departments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romeo H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like how quick First Due is. It will stop everything on my phone and show me the notification, which is very important for reacting to calls for firefighting. And I like how easy the features are to schedule things, have time off, and be able to see where my scheduling is.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Maybe if it was a little quicker on the notifications, that would be helpful.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use First Due to get accurate reports and see our call history for the fire department. It's fast, stops everything for notifications, which is crucial for reacting to firefighting calls, and makes scheduling easy.

**Official Response from Rhyann O'Mara:**

> We're thrilled to hear that First Due is helping you with accurate reports, call history, and scheduling for the fire department. Your feedback about the notifications is valuable, and we will strive to improve in that area.

  ### 7. Effortless Shift Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarid J.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like how First Due helps with accepting call shifts, and I find its simplicity and fairness appealing.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Finding the correct equipment checks can be cumbersome. Easier access into sub menus would help.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use First Due for scheduling, truck checks, and managing overtime allotment. I like how it simplifies accepting call shifts with simplicity and fairness.

**Official Response from Rhyann O'Mara:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about using First Due for scheduling and managing overtime allotment! We understand the importance of easy access to equipment checks and will take your suggestion into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 8. First Due Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew D. | Captain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I really like how First Due is able to make their program adaptable to our needs. When they see a need for improvement from the people who use it, they find a way to make it happen. The ability to pull out information for analytics is improving almost monthly. Talking with other Fire Departments and how they utilize First Due in dashboards or ad-hoc reports all we need to do is talk with our First Due rep and he can bring over the report they have already created. Makes life so much easier when the setup you are looking for is there and you can tweak it to be exactly what you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind thing to be done in the system you might not get what you want due to demand. If what you are looking for is wanted by multiple departments then it is more likely to become a priority.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are already ahead of the curve for a transition to NERIS. Already having the entire reporting system designed to meet the new criteria is vital for future reporting. Developing an AI translation for reporting summary is going to make the process faster and streamlined. Applying this kind of thought into other areas of First Due is going to make them the leader of RMS.

  ### 9. As a Fire Marshal I love the ease of use and customer service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don B. | Fire Marshal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

For years I was looking for a program that allowed me to design my inspection checklist as needed. I talk with many who stated oh we can do that well when I cam across First Due not only could they do that but more. I use it for permiting , inspections, and my crews like the ease of use as well. Their customer service is outstanding when I have an issue they are there to listen and find an answer for me fairly quickly. It was very easy to implement and intergrate into our department. We use it everyday and are always looking to add things we do try to challenge their Dev Team with ideas that we think would make it even easier to use.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

There are a few things I wish it could do right now but I have to wait for their Dev team to put it together. Sometimes I am not paitent.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes permiting and doing Fire Reviews very smooth and seamless. Being able to create a fire inspection checklist from a blank slate makes things so much easier.

  ### 10. Best All Around Fire and EMS Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Firefighter/EMT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

Our team enjoys the interconnectivity of all the modules, we went from paying for 4 different vendors for scheduling, responder, pcrs, and messaging. One software now does it all. We also enjoy how often new features are being rolled out, we look forward to the monthly release notes to see what new features are on the platform.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Some flows especially in scheduling are still a little clunky, we have to go into setup to edit snap assignments. This seems to be something that is being worked on.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CAD integration and giving responders access to addresses and pre-plans is huge for us, probably the most used feature at our department.

  ### 11. Great customer service that builds what I need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph D. | Fire Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

The customer service focus. Everything from the Facebook chats, ideas page, ticket tracker, everything. It’s HEAVILY focused on the customer success.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

The small downsides are that the core functionality is always tailored to a full time shift based fire department. Most features rarely are driven by volunteer fire service thinking which causes a lot of creative use on our end.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for our wholistic RMS system. While the integration is slow on our end, the end goal is to use to manage all of our fire departments functions that aren’t done by another platform.

  ### 12. The most complete all encompasing software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William W. | Battalion Chief, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

The ease and consistency of the platform across all modules. The knowledge base is super helpful, especially during implementation. The system for implementation is superior to other products i have had to install and set up. Customer service is far above the rest. The my area in the knowledge base is extremely helpful in keeping organized. I use this product everyday, from work and home to on the road. I am a Battalion Chief and i like the fact that i can approve time off at a moments notice so that my personnel can plan their lives. The integration to the department was very easy.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Some of the features are at a macro level. Each of these areas have been addressed and with each passing month the improvements have been welcomed.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting ready to go through the process of Accredidation and we needed to get streamlined in the platforms that we use. This program is helping us bring everything under one roof. Therefore we will be able to complete the Accrediation process in a consistent manner.

  ### 13. Very user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Captain, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

Reporting is very fluid and ensures you get all the required info. Inspection module is nice for tracking pending and reinspects. Hydrant module is great for quick info on gpm/pressure while responding to fires.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

I wish the inspection module was better at reminding me to reinspect. This is probably a user error on my part

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently we have started to bill for Fire inspections after a set time frame. First dye will help us keep track of the things we need to bill

  ### 14. First Due does everything that we need and more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

Customer service is awesome. Kevin Collier and our client support team really treat us well and is very responsive to our needs. Emails are answered promptly and often with very detailed steps on how to complete what I am trying to do.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

When setting up First Due there is a lot of data to input. It's a little overwhelming at times and I found just tackling one module at a time is the best approach. Don't be afraid to ask them for help.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our information is on one platform. No more paper forms. No more multiple software programs to use. It's all integrated now. Chiefs can monitor what is happening in the department from anywhere in the world.

  ### 15. Centralized Scheduling Is Great, But Customization Needed for Updates

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

Having one place for staff to go for scheduling tasks.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Sometimes they make changes for one client that affects all clients. Wish instead of across the board automatic changes there was a way to activate the change in set up if desired.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due appears to be working on improving the Scheduling Module. We hope that will make it more user friendly.

  ### 16. An intuitive, ever-evolving documentation solution.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley B. | Firefighter/EMT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like that First Due combines multiple essential modules—such as EMS/Fire Reports, Inspections, and Pre-Planning—into one platform, eliminating the need to download and manage separate programs.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

I dislike that First Due doesn’t offer a more streamlined process for troubleshooting bugs and errors, which can make resolving issues time-consuming and frustrating.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due is helping us integrate several operational needs into one user-friendly platform that’s accessible across multiple points in our organization, improving efficiency and communication.

  ### 17. Excellent, tech-forward product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britta M. | PSDS Fire RMS Administrator, Public Safety, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

One of the best aspects of First Due is their customer success program. You have a dedicated member of the First Due team providing your department a point of contact for questions, issues, sales needs, etc. who knows your unique structure and understands your department intricacies.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

First Due is working towards improving their reporting abilities, especially for those departments with staff that have strong analytical skills. Currently, the ability to run reports on the data is limited in nature. Additionally, creating custom form outputs for printing inspections and investigations leaves a lot to be desired.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due has brought our county's fire service to the 21st century in technology. We have realized a number of ways in which we can minimize or remove duplication of efforts. One department in particular has gone from entering their daily schedule in three different places down to one - First Due - and the rest of the process all the way to payroll is automated.

  ### 18. Great All Around Fire RMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent I. | RMS Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

I like the Pre-Planning aspect of the software. Preplan information should be put on the map and made available on any internet-connected device, with either the Responder App or the Website.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

There is nothing I truly dislike. The only downside for me is being unable to keep up with the advancements. However, they do a great job pushing out a monthly informative article on all the changes and advancements.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer an all inclusive software suite for Fire Department. You do not have to purchase the entire suite you can purchase what is needed. First Due is allowing our department to advance our Preplans and bring them to the forefront of our operation.

  ### 20. Very simplistic design that has a lot of offers to it.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about First Due?**

Its simple to input all of the day to day information. Also has tons of uses behind it.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

The speed of the software. At times it could take up to 10 minutes from start to finish other times it could take 30 minutes.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The middleman, Since multiple trucks from different stations respond it complies all of the narratives in one spot instead of having to consolidate all of the information from all of the other responding trucks.

  ### 21. It has taken a while to get used to everything, the reports are kind of long and can be confusing.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby D. | Lieutenant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

  ### 22. Transforming Our Fire Department's Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint S. | Chief of Information and Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

The platform’s ability to centralize all critical operations and provide real-time data to firefighters in the field is a game-changer for our efficiency and safety.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

While First Due is constantly evolving, the pace of updates can make it challenging to stay current with new features, though it keeps us on the cutting edge of technology.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due is solving several key operational challenges by centralizing our department’s data and processes. It's significantly reduced the administrative burden of managing inspections, incident reporting, and personnel schedules. Additionally, the real-time data and pre-incident planning tools ensure that our firefighters have critical information at their fingertips, improving both safety and response times. Overall, it’s helping us operate more efficiently, make better decisions in the field, and enhance community safety through proactive fire prevention efforts.

  ### 23. Unify 2024

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Fire Chief, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

The collaboration with other users was great. Networking at the event was very worthwhile. Overall, I like the ease of use of the platform. Having everything integrated together is very beneficial. The customer support has been very good, always able to get help/answers when needed.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Sometimes the platform grows too fast and having to reteach module updates to individuals occurs frequently. I don't want to slow growth, but maybe organize releases a little better. The monthly updates are very nice to have.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due is helping to organize all department operations under one platform. It allowed us to advance in technology for multiple modules.

  ### 24. It doesn't get much better than First Due

The program is user friendly and adaptive to our needs complimented by First Dues, Development, Product, and Customer Support Teams who continually enhance the platform and address our needs at a moments notice.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

The only downside to First Due is product development changes so rapidly it is challenging to keep up with the large scope of enhancements across the platform

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Upgraded Fire prevention and Inspections into the digital world
- Two way communication with our digital work orders

  ### 27. Excellent Product it meets our departments need on all levels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Fire Marshal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

This is the third product our department has used in the last 8 years, and I have to say the overall product development and customer service is second to none. First Due chooses to advance its full suite of products to make it easy and convenient for all customers. If a suggestion is made there is very little time between development and implementation. Most times the development has been completed but not turned on for all customers.
The full customization of the first due was a game changer for our department. All of the modules have some sort of link and/or reports that can be fully customizable for a given department. Whether your large or small department each module has something for you.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

This may not be a First-Due issue but when working from a desk top in the office it tends to have a slight lag. (this may be our department's access to the internet of it may have to do with the amount of data we have in the system.)

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As it is an all-in-one suite of products we have limited our use of other products which is convenient.

  ### 28. Very good experience. Highly Recommend

  ### 29. First Due Does It All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

As a Fire Marshal First Due allows me to be much more organized, productive, and efficient. The database includes every building in my jurisdiction along with building data imported from the County Assessor’s Office. I was able to set up my fire prevention and community risk program in First Due in accordance with NFPA 1730. I use First Due to manage permits, plan reviews, inspections, and risk analysis. First Due gives me the flexibility to build in my process so my work is code compliant and consistent. The inspections module is very user friendly. I was able to create a basic fire inspection checklist for engine company inspections and a more detailed inspection checklist for more complex occupancy inspections. I also built inspection checklists for every type of permit that I issue and inspect. The best part of First Due is that I can use the report module to pull data back out in a usable format. All my previous software couldn’t offer that. The mapping allows me to visualize the buildings in my jurisdiction with preplan icons and fire hydrant locations. I've added different map layers. The basic layer provides icons for basic fire equipment locations for use by emergency responders. When they click on the icon, they can see photos or pdf files relating to the icon. The detailed layer provides detailed fire code and building construction related icons and graphics for use by inspectors. I've been a fire marshal for 40 years. I've used most of the fire prevention related software. First Due is by far the best software I've used in my career. Using First Due I feel confident that I'm providing a high level of fire prevention services to my community in an organized, productive, and efficient manner. In addition, the database that I'm building will be able to serve our community into the future. Other things I like about First Due include: regular updates, great customer support, and the flexibility to adapt to my process.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

For fire prevention use, First Due offers so many features and so much flexibility that there's a learning curve for getting the most out of their software. It can be overwhelming. At the start I prioritized the types of permits and inspections and worked on them one at a time to perfect my process. Once I solidified my process, I then added more types of permits and inspections using the templates I created and perfected. Another challenge is trying to keep up with all the upgrades. First Due is constantly bringing out new features that are great. However, it takes some time to adapt my process to take advantage of the new features. I appreciate and love the new features. It just takes time to adapt.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Due allows me to build a fire prevention program in compliance with nationally recognized standards. It helps me manage fire code compliance for every building in the City. I can manage building information, contacts, fire systems, access, hazards, etc. For any issue that comes up at any building in the City I can go to the map, click on the building and access detailed building data, contact information and inspection history. I have the most up to date and accurate database in the City.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Safety | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

There is so much to like about FDSU. What ultimatley sets it apart from its competitors is three things. The first is the integrated platform. All modules are tied together with a unified framework. This is opposed to several modules that only share SSO and do not share information. The second is the speed of innovation. A constant stream of improvements are being made from full blow new features to small quality of life improvements such as new data fields. The granularity of control for what users can interact with each feature on multiple levels, allows for tight data controls. Lastly their customer support is fully built out. Having a dedicated client sucess manager helps us ensure we are getting the most out of the product and helps us coordinate the use of the product. The additional number of product experts and the daily occurence of live training classes are invaluable. Lastly their online community that has such a high level of user engagement speaks to the quality of their product. First Due is fast becomming the hub of information for our department.

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

The only critique I have of First Due is a symptom of their incredible speed of innovation. As new features are pushed out, sometimes I have to reach out to see if they are included in our subscription.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FDSU to digitize our fire prevention data. This includes pre-plans, inpsections and community risk reduction. FDSU integrates this information making visible to reponders and admin staff alike. Lastly with our neigbors being on the product it is easy to see up to date information when responding to mutal aid calls.

  ### 35. street fire officer review of software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Fire Offical / Fire Investigator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about First Due?**

that its a one-stop shop for a fire dept

**What do you dislike about First Due?**

Some parts are missing the ease that was present in some of the older software, and certain modules and features lag behind others, such as the command and arson modules. Additionally, you need to be somewhat tech-savvy as you need to be able to understand how to create reports and forms.

**What problems is First Due solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Using this fire department software, we can do everything in one place, whereas in the past, weferent tasks. This allows us to access the knowledge and updates on fire prevention in the pre-p needed multiple systems for diflans and building profiles, which is extremely beneficial for street firefighters. It also helps in preparing year-end reports and gathering information for grants."
