I'm particularly fond of the security and ease of use features, like drag-and-drop uploads and permission controls which make access super simple. Drag-and-drop makes uploading documents super fast, and the permission controls let us manage access per user, which feels secure. Integrating FirmRoom with Microsoft Office and Dropbox makes document management seamless. We switched from ShareVault and found FirmRoom's UX better and pricing more flexible. I think the reporting analytics could be more detailed. Also, sometimes the notification customization lacks in flexibility.
