I find the document storage to be a little hard to organize. Our firm also doesn't have the add-in to edit PDF's so I find that to be an inefficient use of this part of the program.

I like the tasks feature in Firm360 and the ability to assign budgets to tasks. It's also helpful to move projects between people and customize project statuses.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

I wish that the dashboard was more configurable. Right now, you're limited in the columns of data that display, and I would like to be able to customize that more.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firm360 for time entry and workflow management, making it easy to assign tasks, budgets, and manage project statuses.

It’s easy to use, and the communication capabilities are solid.

Reporting and billing are solid overall, but I’d like them to be more customizable.

Their e-signing used to run through an outside platform, which sometimes confused my clients, but they’ve recently made a switch.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that Firm360 is really easy to use and very user-friendly. You don't need to spend a lot of time studying how to use it, as you can just get on there and figure it out for yourself. It's very manageable without needing someone to train you, as long as you have a basic knowledge of what you're doing.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

We don’t use the invoicing tool, not that we dislike it we just have another system for this.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firm360 for handling all our bookkeeping records. It's easy to use and very user-friendly, so I don't need extensive training to figure it out.

Tracking my projects, ease of uploading documents, sending for signature through Right Signature.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It’s frustrating that I can’t edit documents directly. Instead, I have to export the file, make changes elsewhere, and then upload it again.

I'm unaware of any problem fixes.

Tracking hours for payroll has been really helpful. I also like that we can send documents securely to our clients, which makes sharing files feel straightforward and safe.

It doesn’t track regular and overtime hours separately for payroll.

Once enabled, you can select multiple documents within a client's Documents tab and download them together rather than opening each file individually. Conquering task management.  As my firm grows I found I needed a platform that combined more than one managment task at a time.  Firm360 will cover many tasks as I grow allowing me to fully utilize the platform without have multiple sites to manage my firm.

I wish it had an appointment text/email reminder

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure I am on task and that each project stays in queue.  I was trying to manage all the stages of say a tax return, but I had to look at multiple sources to make sure I was up to date.  This program will save me so much time.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

Billing and invoicing is quick and snappy, able to invoice much quicker and auto reminders are a good touch. Client management system is good, to see clients, contact information, emails, and also share multiple clients with a single contact for those that have multiple businesses is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It tries to do too much and mediocre at most aspects. As a Firm with a good reputation in the community, many of the aspects like messaging to clients and invoices lack customizations that would make us look more professional and put our branding in all messaging. Letter templates are bland white letters with no custom logos, no branding and look like spam letters since all this is removed. The time tracker is cumbersome and editing it while still in use is basically nonexistent, since you have to save down your time just to edit a wrong category or billing item. It is just not friendly enough for a medium size firm that needs to be Brand forward and custom for the large clients we serve. 
The PDF document and file managment are unusable and we have stopped using their document management system. To download each PDF workpaper and then use an add-on to resync it, (which would fail by the way many times) left us with more headaches than solutions.
A small firm may have great success, but overall I think F360 would be better off focusing on a few compenents and doing these really well. The Software still can glitch and just overall not hitting all the marks.

It solves the problem for project tracking through the various stages of our workflow. Also for easy billing and sending online bills to client for online payment.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

More than 3 years ago, we were able to move from multiple different products for project management, time tracking, client portals and A/R to everything in one place with Firm360.  By setting up project templates, we are able to keep on top of repetitive work, annual filings for clients, etc. and nothing falls through the cracks.  Support has been very responsive and there are continuous updates adding more nice features.  The ability to run reports and analyze time on projects, clients, etc. is very helpful in adjusting workloads and pricing to our clients.  We live by Firm360 daily!

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

No app for clients.  Would be nice for clients to be able to take a picture or create a PDF from their phone and upload to us through the product.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined our software subsciptions and helps us keep a better handle on workload, client time, billing and communications.  Clients seem to find it easy to use as well.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

An all in one snapshot of clients and all of their documents, client information, fees, etc.  I like being able to access the reports that I need in current time.  The user manual has a lot of good information and tips that will typically help you solve any question that you do have.  When reaching out to customer service, I have always received a prompt response to my question.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

There is definitely a learning curve and all staff has to utilize it in the same manner to work efficiently and effectively.  Not a fan of the messages feature.  If a client sends a message all users in our firm get the message.  Not just the partner in charge for who it was intended for.  You can utilize the filtering option so they don't crowd up your inbox.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All client data is in one platform and easily accessible.  The ability to utilize portals/collect signatures via RightSignature directly from this platform is also a plus.

Firm360 is user friendly and intuitive. In addition, the online setup guide made it possible to implement Firm360 quickly, and our staff was able to get to work without needing to spend hours training. In addition, The customer support responds very quickly, and they are kind and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It would be helpful if Firm360 had a feature to select multiple documents at once and download them at the same time. Right now, we have to merge the PDFs into one document, download them, and then separate them once they are out of Firm360. We also are not able to use the sign feature within Firm360 as it was found to be too difficult for clients.

Firm360 is great for client and project management. All client information, projects, and documents are in one place, and it has greatly improved workflow.

I wish I could send out bulk notifications such as getting your documents in by a certain date or no guarantee of return to be filed on time...or the BOI deadline.  That would be amazing!

Price is a bit high, but that's part of allowing us to be organized.

Initial implementation and integration is a bit confusing, but fortunate, I have a great team member whom has immeresed herself in it!

Firm360 consolidated about 7 programs for us: ShareFile, DocuSign, SharePoint, MS ToDo, Outlook Contacts, TSheets, QBO A/R, Intuit Payments. All are integrated, work together, and are easy to navigate.

Implemenatation takes time, but once completed, it saves so much more time in admin down the road. 

The support staff is second to none. Always repsonsive and helpful.

My only criticism is lack of an app for iOS or Android. It would be great to work with tasks and client messages on a phone.

The most helpful for Firm 306 was the project management.  We love the project management. It is so easy and effortless.

The only downside I have for Firm360 would be the invoicing.  There is really only a couple ways to prepare an invoice. I have in the past been able to write exactly what I wanted in the invoice so it makes certain clients happy.  We like to bill tax planning and tax returns together without showing the two different projects.  Just wish there was more flexibility here.

We didn't have an affordable good project management software. Firm360 solved that for us.  When we see something in Firm360 not working right in project management, Firm360 will make the change.

Firm360 offers a suite of organizational tools aimed at assisting firms in tracking client projects, billing, expenses, and documents. Some aspects of this work better than others, but on the whole it offers a compelling package at a reasonable price compared to its competitors. Support is also extremely responsive to our needs, and I have personally been very grateful to see new features implemented that I requested.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Depending on how complex your time tracking is, Firm360 may occasionally irritate you with its handling of this functionality. Having multiple timers that you stop and start precludes time editing later, and I've had instances of timers getting bugged when swapping between them over the course of a workday.

Similarly, PDF merging is extremely buggy, and the indexes that it generates are prone to being radically out line with combined file contents.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find that Firm360 is invaluable in bringing together time tracking, client documents, and project management all in one cohesive interface. Prior to moving to Firm360, we utilized separate systems for file management and project management (Smartvault and Practice CS, respectively). In swapping to Firm360, we were able to retain almost all of the functionality we got from those systems while making everything accessible to our staff through a convenient web-based interface. This has proved to be a huge boon when employees need to work from home or remotely.

Of course, accessing all our client information from anywhere comes with an increased attack surface for threat actors, but fortunately Firm360 has robust 2FA support to mitigate that risk.

With some improvements to the billing module, it could truly be a one-stop solution for everything our firm needs. I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve!

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

as a billing manager, I think there’s room for improvement when it comes to the billing features. For instance, it would be great to have a smoother workflow for updating invoices—especially when adding time or making edits after the fact. Right now, having to cancel the entire invoice and start over feels clunky and time-consuming.

Another area that could use some work is managing payments. Moving payments around without having to cancel the invoice and delete the payment would make things so much easier and improve record-keeping. These kinds of updates would save a lot of time and effort and make the billing process feel more seamless.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as a billing manager, Firm360’s time tracking and billing integration have been really helpful. It’s easy to pull time entries directly into invoices and track the status of payments. Although I’d love to see some enhancements to the billing features (like smoother editing of invoices or managing payments), the platform already makes the process much more efficient than before.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

It has the functions I need without a bunch of stuff I don't. I am a firm of 11 total staff and we use Lacerte as our tax software. I love that they are still adding new things and I get to suggest things that are directly helpful to my processes and they get implemented. The customer service is personalized and quick. They actually care about how I use the product and coming up with custom solutions when I need them. We are also getting feedback from clients about the portal being much easier than what we were using before.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

The only downside to that they are still developing is there are some features we are having to wait for.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a mix of about 5 different softwares before for file shareing, file storage, client portal, billing, time tracking, and overall client management. By next year we will have all our processes moved over so we are only using Firm360 for all of it. Probably the largest improvement it has made so far is billing. We went from this being a multiday process to less than a day. It has also drastically improved our management of AR.

Auto roll forward of projects now that all the glitches are worked out. Support response is awesome but unfortunately had to use it too much to have glitches worked out. Tracking status easily viewable. I do not work on the billing side but it seems to be easier and receiving payment seems to be easier.

Does not track state return due dates. Had TOO many glitches that had to be worked out in set up. Too many problems with integration. No in person training that I was aware of. Not restrictive enough as far as due date/extension date locked in for no editing. I do not think F360 was prepared enough for non December FYE projects and state returns and those projects due dates still scare me as far as relying on the accuracy of the tracking. Your project view reports are confusing in regards to due dates, extension dates and target dates. I can not rely on their accuracy.

When I use first time Firm360, I required to take training and it's take 3 to 4 week to understand all features. I think it should be max 1 to 2 week.

The reports could be more robost. IT support has been slow. It seems like there's a new software bug everytime we turn a corner. Promises during the sales process that haven't been fulfilled. Seems like a common answer is we're waiting on the development team. Seems like they grew extremely quick and don't have the resources to handle it.

Firm360 is relatively easy to use and implement into your organization. We started using the product about 3 months ago and have had no issues so far.

The only downside to Firm360 is that there is no weekly calendar type view that you can add your specific client/project in and then add time for each day. Instead you have to create a new time entry for each day even if it is the exact same as the day before. The product would be more efficient if you add a client/project in once, and then allocate your time across a given period (week).

Consolidated our timekeeping, billing, databases, and client communications into one place. Great tool for our office manager who handles basically everything.

Clients are often confused, seems to lack advanced features found in other softwares like integrating AI, etc., sending organizers and finished returns is a great deal of work and sends clients a lot of emails, so they miss stuff like payment vouchers. Electronic forms are  clunky and setting up workflows is something we haven't been able to crack. User Manual isn't very user friendly and often doesn't have info we're looking for.

I am a CPA doing bookkeeping and tax work.  I found that F360 was easy to use right from the start.  The clients main tab is excellent.  I've had experience with GoFile Room and File Cabinet, neither having this type of place to compile the clients' most important data.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Downsides are when logging in there is no way to view your password to make sure you entered correctly before submitting.  The bigger downside for me is when saving client's  different  sets documents to Firm360, I have to re-enter the client's name/number.  With GoFileRoom, there was capability to "save" the client name/number.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily see how much time has been spent on a client.  Projects assigned to me are easily seen.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that F360 is easy to use, the onboarding process was seamless, and customer support is very active. 
In terms of features:
Billing- I like that when you invoice customers they get automatic reminders, when clients pay their accounts are updated automatically. Being able to have all client contact information is one place is great so everyone within our organization has easy access to client information.
Project Management- It is very easy to move projects along and see who has what projects and where they are in terms of completion.
Reporting- F360 reports are easy to use and there are many different filter options. We have 3 partners and 3 offices, so it is easy to run reports by partner, office, entiry type, etc.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

There isn't a scheduling feature so I can see on calendar when my employees are and scheduled to be.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

F360 is managing AR and keeping track of client projects.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

Firm360 was a great solution for our firm to modernize our processes, consolidate software programs, and implement a practice management solution that did not exist at our firm.  The billing side of Firm360 has immensely improved our internal processes and sped up the process of invoicing clients.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Firm360 could revamp their document organization within the internal firm side and external client-viewing side.  We have had difficulties organizing documents without a true file network system.  For our clients, it would be beneficial for them to see file folders as well to better organize and find documents.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firm360 is solving the issue of tracking projects within our office and also setting deadlines for projects so that nothing is missed.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I am working in US Accounting Industries from last 6 year and as per experience of using Accounting Software and Tools Firm360 Software is the useful one. It reduce my daily work stress with providing excellent work support for maintaining the document proper way.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

There is no option of automatically going to the next document.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature of this software is it manage all documents in a proper way. When I was not using this software there are multiple error occurred while finding the document, but now it's worth it.
