"Useful and time saving"
What do you like best about FireHydrant?

"FireHydrant was rolled out as a central initiative"
What do you like best about FireHydrant?

The integration with Slack so that notifications can be shared Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FireHydrant?

FireHydrant has many different actions and (Slack) commands supported, but it is difficult to understand which ones are relevant to me as a triage engineer, especially since I am typically on call once every three months. One improvement would be to default to a "role based" view that only lists the commands for the user's current role(s) and then perhaps it could be possible to extend that view to include all other commands as well. "Blameless minimizes the stress and overhead when navigating urgent incident resolution"
What do you like best about FireHydrant?

Blameless integrates seamlessly with Slack making it a breeze to open an incident, rope in the appropriate parties automatically, and organize path to resolution in the channels that are most conducive to collaboration across tech and business functions. Blameless then automatically generates the shell of the postmortem and follow-up actions for ease of retrospective conversations and alignment on action items to bolster controls following an incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FireHydrant?

Blameless offers in-UI reporting, but it is a little clunky and pales in comparison to data visualization-oriented tools. It adds value, but feels unintuitive for new users to create reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent incident orchestration product, developing quicky"
What do you like best about FireHydrant?

Powerful integrations with the most popular alerting platforms. Very easy to create complex response runbooks to address multiple different needs. Excellent response and engagement from customer support and development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FireHydrant?

The development pace is almost at breakneck speed! We occasionally run into issues where pre-existing functionality breaks or does not work as expected as a result of newly introduced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No issues so far. Maybe it being so feature-rich can be a bit overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FireHydrant- Amazing Incident Management Tool"
What do you like best about FireHydrant?

FireHydrant has great automation when it comes to incident management. I never used a tool that meet all my expectations. It is a perfect example of what all Incident Managers should use at their company. In addition, the customer success managers go above and beyond to help a user when in need of assistance and provide good documentation for the latest updates. The UI is very friendly. FireHydrant has come a long way, and I am sure they will meet all the user expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FireHydrant?

Service-Catalog and Task List are not that useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mike Perez of FireHydrant

Hi Dinesh! Excited to see that you are happy with Firehydrant, both the platform and our Customer Service team. We hear you on the Service Catalog and Task Lists. We're currently working on functionality to make the Service catalog easier to configure and improve the integration to Incident Management. We just shipped a huge update to Task lists - would love to hear what you think!
