What do you like best about Firefox Developer Tools?

Compared to other browser-based tools, it is likely the most user friendly. There is little need to configure beyond the default setup, but has the ability to add on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firefox Developer Tools?

My biggest complaint would be the hard to utilize media tools to mimic using alternate devices. This is something that Chrome dev tools excels at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firefox Developer Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?

I typically use this tool mostly for cross browser comparability issues. The main benefit other than the cross-browser benefit is being able to easily save files referenced in sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firefox Developer Tools?

This tool provides facilities to customize the website at run time. To use/ create css or js at runtime. Most important is its open source and better font rendering + inbuild cookie manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firefox Developer Tools?

The main disadvantage is its speed and no integration with built-in tool like spell checker , dictionary etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firefox Developer Tools?

I'm a big fan of the layout tools included with firefox, as well as being able to use dark mode Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firefox Developer Tools?

The only downside to Firefox is that it can be a bit strict when it comes to web errors and warnings, aside from that, no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firefox Developer Tools?

Once I learned how to use Firefox’s native dev tools, responsive CSS became 1,000x easier. Watching live results in the browser has helped me cut down my time spent publishing/refreshing/recoding at least tenfold! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firefox Developer Tools?

I honestly just wish the dev community around FF was as well versed and established as Chrome. During research, there is way more troubleshooting and advice offered around Chrome than FF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
