It is basically very easy to use and you can quickly find your way around. Particularly good is the automatic language detection, so you don't have to constantly switch manually when you switch between languages in different projects. I find the summaries and especially the block formation (topic blocks) very well done. I was surprised how well Fireflies understands and collects tasks!

I am able to send the recap to clients, I easily reference it when writing up proposals and statements of work for exact wording, and it's suprisingly accurate on action items. I know that other services are now "built in" to workplace productivity tools, but plan to keep my active account. I think this software is better than the others.
