The ability to use my phone to record and transcribe meetings. This is great when you have a call and it is not an online meeting, FireFlies does an excellent job transcribing and creating the meeting summaries. Also, adding FireFlies to the meeting with just by adding the URL to FireFlies, is amazing. If your company does not have an AI meeting integration, this is the best way to capture meetings with MS Teams, Zoom, and other online meetings. It’s not perfect. Sometimes the speaker labeling gets it wrong, especially if people talk over each other. Also, if the audio quality isn't great or someone has a strong accent, the transcript might need a bit of manual editing.

Fireflies saves me time. It automatically joins meetings, records the call, transcribes the conversation, and gives me a solid recap. One thing I really don’t like is that Fireflies shows up as a meeting participant in Zoom and Teams. It feels awkward, especially in client meetings or more formal settings. I wish it worked like it does with Google Meet, where it just records and transcribes in the background without drawing attention to itself. It’s a small thing, but it matters when you’re trying to keep the flow of a meeting natural. As a productivity coach I use Fireflies.ai as leverage to my business. I created an account after receiving a transcription from my coach. It was so easy to being and start using it.

Now all my group and individual coaching meetings on zoom weekly have a fireflies.ai in attendance.

Fireflies sends a transcription of the meeting with a zoom recording to each person who is on the invite list. This is amazing! I wish I learned about this sooner! My clients love the accuracy of the transcription and I love the leverage. No more repeating myself, I simply say go review the meeting from x date! It is wonderful.
