The ability to use my phone to record and transcribe meetings. This is great when you have a call and it is not an online meeting, FireFlies does an excellent job transcribing and creating the meeting summaries. Also, adding FireFlies to the meeting with just by adding the URL to FireFlies, is amazing. If your company does not have an AI meeting integration, this is the best way to capture meetings with MS Teams, Zoom, and other online meetings. Very difficult to do this as a human even if you have a note taker. The note tacker will sometimes get distracted and not capture a key component of the meeting. FireFlies does not get distracted. Fireflies saves me time. It automatically joins meetings, records the call, transcribes the conversation, and gives me a solid recap. I’ve used it across Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams, and it’s worked consistently. I like that I can go back into any meeting, search for something someone said, and it takes me right to that part of the recording. This is helpful when I’m dealing with multiple projects, clients, or teams and need to follow up without having to rely on memory. It’s also good for keeping a paper trail of what was discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai? One thing I really don’t like is that Fireflies shows up as a meeting participant in Zoom and Teams. It feels awkward, especially in client meetings or more formal settings. I wish it worked like it does with Google Meet, where it just records and transcribes in the background without drawing attention to itself. It’s a small thing, but it matters when you’re trying to keep the flow of a meeting natural. Speaker tagging and transcription are generally fine, but the way it joins meetings could definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Fireflies.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? I run a lot of meetings across different parts of the business: partnership discussions, strategy sessions, and client calls. I don’t want to spend time writing down every single thing that’s said, and I don’t want to miss something important either. Fireflies handles that. I can stay engaged during the meeting and come back later to review anything I missed or double-check a detail. It also helps when someone can’t make it to a meeting. As a productivity coach I use Fireflies.ai as leverage to my business. I created an account after receiving a transcription from my coach. It was so easy to being and start using it. Now all my group and individual coaching meetings on zoom weekly have a fireflies.ai in attendance. Fireflies sends a transcription of the meeting with a zoom recording to each person who is on the invite list. This is amazing! I wish I learned about this sooner! My clients love the accuracy of the transcription and I love the leverage. No more repeating myself, I simply say go review the meeting from x date! It is wonderful. And my coaching clients love it as well. They receive copies of the recorded meeting and can use it to refer back to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai? My agents think it is spam or they are being hacked. Perhaps coming up with a different background for zoom to make it more friendly. They are also afraid to click the links for fear of a virus. That it takes meeting notes. But in general, I don't think it's a good meeting note at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai? I do not like this product at all. It forces you to sign up and turn it on and go through 17 different screens and turn it on and make it join every one of your meetings just to view the transcripts of a meeting that somebody shares with you. It's supposed to take meeting notes and let me access the transcript, but it forces me to sign up and turn it on for all of my meetings when I just want to view the notes.
