Once the app joins in real-time it's almost impossible to figure out how to get rid of it if you want to. I know how to manage it not in real-time. Our organization has been using FireFlies for about 8 months now and it has become a must have tool in our meetings. Given the volume of meetings we handle and demos we show, it's pretty hard to remember whole discussions and this tool takes notes for you in the best way possible. It's integrated with gmail and hubspot. It's quite accurate with its notes, sharing sentiments of calls, speaker talk time. Overall it's highly vlauable tool for our team.
