The ability to add speaker names with each comment and the time stamp associated with a particualr comment is good. It is nice to be able to search for key words in the transcript too. You can edit the transcript within Firelfies to fix any mistakes, often due to speakers who do speak clearly or with an accent, or are using technical jargon. There is an AI meeting summary. **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** I would like it if it were able to automatically drag calls from Cloud Call and then post the transcript into Bullhorn CRM as a suggested improvement. This would help save some time with pulling files. It would be good if you could train it on your voice and with key technical jargon words by speaking these into the microphone and matching the audio with a particular word. One of those hats used to be taking notes in meetings, but Fireflies has allowed us to reduce the number of people who need to be present by taking the notetaking off of our collective plate. It also allows users who have meeting conflicts or who are out of office to catch up on the full content of a meeting they were unable to attend with the full tone and context, rather than overview notes which can lack that color. Fireflies has been easy to implement, easy to use, and offers a variety of additional features that we like. Integrating it with Chrome and GMeet via the free Google Workspace App was super simple. The action items and bullet list of meeting topics are our most used feature. **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** Editing a transcript is not entirely intuitive, and sometimes produces results that differ from my expectation (e,g, when the AI has assigned one "user" to a block of text that was spoken by two or more users, and I try to tease them out by editing.) The prompt that's fed to the AI can me customized; something that not even Microsoft has been smart enough to implement in the AI solution to this problem in their Teams Premium service. 3. I don't love that the notetaker appears as a guest in your meetings, but it's simple enough to explain when the question inevitably comes up. The transcriptions are the best out of all the different tools I tested over a number of months (including Otter and Fathom). Includes transcripts from calls with people with many different accents. The meeting summaries are 95% there in terms of capturing all of the key elements. I copy and paste these summaries and make a few small amendments before sharing with colleagues and clients. Saves me so much time. I love the keyword analysis too and the ability to very quickly get to the key parts of the call. And... Fireflies integrates with so many other tools (over 40 tools I think) which makes it the best based on **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** Not so much dislikes, but things that could be improved on: - I want to use the summary of actions, but it currently lists too many elements of the conversation as 'possible' actions. So here comes Fireflies.ai and it's promise of “never taking notes again”. To their credit it isn’t just a catchy slogan; it’s a reality they offer. The product integrates seamlessly with common video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams to automatically record, transcribe, and classify meeting notes. The use cases are different but ai particularly found it relevant for interviews and sales meetings. If you are a professional juggling multiple internal meetings, and follow-ups then Fireflies.ai is what you need. It seamlessly captures and flags critical decision points and action items. So that you remain focused on building relationships, rather than trying to recall what was said and committed. I personally adore the AskFred assistant, that allows me to query directly the insights from the conversations and brings me the answers to my questions by scraping the dialogues The transcription quality is high. While it’s not 100% accurate—no AI transcription service is perfect, you will have to proof check it. Its interface is user-friendly and the support and FAQ are always there to guide you. **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** I think one area for improvement would be the customization of keyword tagging. Although the product does a decent job at automatically tagging important points, I believe more granular control could be a big plus. **What problems is Fireflies.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Categorising my meetings and finding all the relevant information that has been discussed and agreed upon, in few extra clicks.
