Control Tower Platform serves as a pre-built "foundation" of supply-chain APIs - providing ready-made fields and workflows for functionality such as load management, warehouse management, order management, visibility, and so forth. This foundation allows for custom-built solutions to be built "on top" of these APIs, without the time and cost otherwise incurred to build stand-alone custom software.

Leveraging the pre-built platform, Firebend can deliver a custom experience in a fraction of the time and at a significantly lower cost than any other custom or enterprise-level off-the-shelf software.

For the development of the custom app, Firebend charges a one-time development fee for the project. Costs can vary wildly between customers, based on the size/scope of their project.

Following deployment, customers are invoiced a monthly access fee to the platform. Most typically, this a transactional fee (per load, per site/month, etc.), but we are very flexible to what makes the most sense to the customer - provided the fee scales with usage to cover our hard costs of the platform
