"Identifies Suspicious Activity While Keeping Legitimate Users Frictionless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Fingerprint is very easy to use. The integration process is straightforward, and the documentation makes it easy to get started quickly. The interface is also clean and easy to navigate, so it doesn’t take much time for teams to understand how to access and use the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

One improvement that could make the platform even more useful is deeper support for investigation workflows, such as basic case management features. It would help to be able to organize findings, add notes, and group related device activity directly within the platform, rather than having to track those details elsewhere. "Dependable Device Intelligence That’s Easy to Implement"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Fingerprint provides dependable device intelligence that is easy to incorporate into existing workflows. The platform delivers consistent results, and the documentation made implementation straightforward. It's been a valuable addition for improving trust in user activity without creating extra steps for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience has been positive. One enhancement I'd appreciate is more built-in analytics and visualization options to make it easier to spot trends without relying on external reporting tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fingerprint as a tool for combating fraud"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I really like that Fingerprint offers convenient integrations in various ways, which really suits us. I am grateful to the Fingerprint team for the work done. I also like the part related to bot detection, especially the use of Smart signals, which significantly enhance the accuracy of our detection. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to detect VPNs and proxies, which we actively use in our work. The initial setup turned out to be quite simple thanks to easy integration and the use of subdomains and webhooks for sending fingerprints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

Probably, this acceleration of work time would be desirable to receive with minimal delay, and in some geos, Fingerprint falls under blocks, for this you need to use custom proxies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Fraud Detection, Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I like that Fingerprint is easy to integrate with our login flow and seems reliable without affecting user experience. The accuracy is good, providing a stable visitor identifier even when users clear cache/cookies or switch browsers/devices. The dashboard is simple to understand. The integration with the existing API was straightforward, requiring only minimal steps, and it allowed us to quickly identify user details and suspicious users. I also appreciate the documentation, which helped a lot during the integration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

I think the reporting feature requires improvement, particularly the filtering for historical events. It can be improved by adding more advanced filtering and search options, like filtering activity based on visitor ID, IP changes, and geolocation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective for Fraud Prevention, But Pricing Concerns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I use Fingerprint primarily for fraud prevention and bot mitigation on our web platform. It helps with reducing fraudulent accounts and chargebacks, improving the trust of my existing users. The tool is easy to use, and I am impressed by the accuracy of device fingerprints. It provides stable visitor IDs that persist for months, and the bot detection is very stable and reliable. The initial setup was quite easy, and our developer got it running in just a few hours. It's a solid choice for controlling spam reviews and fraud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

Pricing can get high at high volumes. Some advanced signals could be more granular, which creates problems. As my business grows, the cost increases gradually, reducing our profit margin. The signals are too broad and not detailed enough, so we cannot get precise insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Security with Unmatched Accuracy"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I use Fingerprint in my LMS to uniquely identify students and make sure the same account isn’t being shared across multiple devices. In my experience, Fingerprint is very accurate; even when students use VPNs or Incognito tabs, it still identifies users correctly. That reliability has made it an efficient solution for improving website security for my use case.

I also appreciate the clean, informative, user-friendly dashboard. It presents helpful statistics for Smart Signals Like: VPN detections, Incognito detections, proxy detections, and suspect scores. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

No dislikes so far. I do have one suggestion: I think it would be better if they introduced a lite plan with lower usage limits than the Plus Pro plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fingerprint?

What I like most about Fingerprint is the ease of getting started with it; it's very simple to use. It offers a lot of support, good documentation, and a wonderful SDK. The API is very good, so we can quickly include it in our projects. I also find the dashboard it provides very good. Additionally, the support it offers, the ease of use, and the price are great. The SDK and the API greatly assist in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

I think he could provide more information. Maybe improve the API, and some things I need sometimes are a little more difficult, maybe the API documentation could be improved there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Accurate Device Intelligence That Significantly Reduced Our Fraud Rate"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Fingerprint has been a game-changer for our payment platform. The accuracy of device identification is remarkably high — we've seen a significant drop in fraudulent transactions since integration. The API is clean, well-documented, and the SDK was straightforward to implement. Real-time signals give us confidence in every transaction decision we make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

The dashboard could benefit from more advanced filtering and reporting options for analyzing historical fraud data. Also, having more granular control over webhook configurations would be a nice addition. These are minor points though — overall the platform meets our needs very well. "Essential Tool for Preventing Promo Code Abuse and fake singup user who using fake browser"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I like that Fingerprint provides reliable information which helps me make informed decisions. The device intelligence and various signals offered by Fingerprint are really handy for determining if a user is legitimate or not. It gives me a lot of information about users, such as if they are using the same device to create multiple accounts or if they're using a headless browser. Additionally, Fingerprint helps me detect if users are using a VPN or proxy, which is very helpful. Initial setup is good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

I find the proxy detection feature unreliable. It sometimes identifies normal IPs as proxies, which isn't accurate. This feature needs improvement to ensure reliable information. Also, the free plan only allows for 1,000 requests per month, which feels too limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Signals Give me real time device intelligence that goes beyond basic fingerprint"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

What impressed me most about Fingerprint is the smart signals feature. It doesn't just identify devices; it tells me why a visitor is suspicious. The detection through virtual machines and incognato mode all come in a single api response, which helps me make the right decision about visitors. The smart signals give me a lot of data about visitors, and from a single api , I can know everything about them. This feature is crucial for catching abuse permissions. The initial setup was very easy, just like adding a JavaScript code to the head of my website and running it directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

I think the proxy detection in Fingerprint needs some improvement. It sometimes indicates that a visitor is using a proxy when they actually aren't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
