"Impressive Device Identification and Smart Signals for Fraud Prevention"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Fingerprint has been very useful for device identification and fraud prevention. The accuracy of device recognition is impressive, and the ability to identify returning users across different sessions makes it easier to detect suspicious or duplicate activity. The Smart Signals are also helpful because they provide additional information such as VPN, proxy, incognito, and other risk indicators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

The pricing can become expensive as usage increases. It would be helpful to have more flexible pricing options for organizations with growing usage. Some advanced investigation and reporting capabilities could also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Easy Integration with Great Value and Solid Documentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

It is easy to integrate, the way they designed the product is also as secure as it can be. You get a requestID from their front-end script, then you have to call their backend API from your backend to get the actual fingerprint. In addition, they also give you a lot of additional signals about the request. Similar functionality would be exponentially more expensive if you used a competitor. We are very happy with the value we get out of fingerprint. One final thing, their dashboard is intuitive, and the documentation is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

Haven't really run into any issues yet. Once our product takes off and volume increases, we may run into use cases that we have not seen before, but for our usage, no issues so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI Enhances Security and Analytics Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I really like how the UI and the overall dashboard in Fingerprint are very simple to use and intuitive. It makes the overall user experience very good compared to other tools I've seen. The easy adoption within my organization is another big plus because I don't need to onboard anyone. It's very helpful, almost like a sales tool. Also, the initial setup was extremely quick. I just needed to copy the SDK's code and put it into my coding agent, and it was done within ten minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

The integration works well generally, but when the browser has an ad blocker enabled, there is some data loss that can be improved. There's a solution for that, but it's not user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reduced our chargebacks after dealing with credit card testers"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Getting started with Fingerprint was incredibly easy - the documentation is clear and the initial setup took just minutes. What really stood out is the wide range of SDKs available, including Flutter, which made it simple to integrate into our mobile app without any friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

The pricing can feel a bit steep for smaller teams or early-stage projects. The jump from the free plan to the paid tier is significant, and a more flexible intermediate option would be welcome. Other than that, there are no major complaints - it does what it promises very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Tool for Fraud Prevention"
5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

Fingerprint is simple to use and implement on devices without requiring any special setup. Providing us with precise device identification has allowed us to identify questionable users and prevent fraud. We have only had positive experiences working with the platform; their helpdesk team is always quick to respond when we need assistance, and they have assisted our team with getting real value out of their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

The overall platform has been very good for us, although there are a few advanced features that have been difficult for some staff members to understand at first. More tutorials and example scenarios to help new users understand how to best use the platform would be beneficial. Overall, our experience has been dependable and seamless. "Ease of Use and Exceptional Accuracy for Deduplication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fingerprint?

I think the ease of use and implementation of Fingerprint is very good, and the accuracy in identifying a device's signals is excellent. The system managed to identify up to 70 users using the same account, which demonstrated the product's effectiveness in preventing unwanted account sharing. Additionally, the initial setup of Fingerprint was quite easy, and in just one week a small team had everything ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fingerprint?

I think the pricing could be a bit more transparent. At first, we would load it on every screen and it ended up being very expensive. We didn't find the information that it only needed to be done at login very clear, so in the first few months, we had this problem, but later we managed to fix it.
