### 1. Effective Fraud Prevention with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik K. | Lead Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I appreciate Fingerprint for its ease of implementation and the comprehensive data it provides about visitors. The software is efficient in identifying fraudulent repeat signups and abuses of services by offering multiple new data points like device ID, VPN usage, incognito mode detection, and IP-to-location tracking. These features are critical for developing a scoring model to accurately identify threats or potential frauds. The simple integration with our custom PHP application through their API and JavaScript SDK allows us to easily collect visitor data. Additionally, the straightforward setup process was a significant advantage, making it easy to use right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

The pricing model can be expensive depending on the amount of traffic.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to identify fraudulent signups by leveraging rich data points, enabling custom threat scoring and seamless integration with our PHP application, enhancing visitor threat detection efficiently.

 ### 2. Accurate User Identification and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

How accurate and reliable user identification is. This helps us easily distinguish legitimate users from potential fraudsters. In addition, they have great customer support. When we encountered an issue with duplicate queries that could have led to unnecessary API calls, customer support proactively reached out to us and helped us resolve the issue quickly, saving us from extra costs. This kind of attentive and responsive service sets Fingerprint apart from other companies.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

Although our overall experience has been positive, it should be noted that Fingerprint can be a bit pricey, especially when scaling up. For small businesses or start-ups, cost may be an important factor, but for us it is worth the investment given the benefits this system provides in terms of fraud prevention and increased efficiency.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Fingerprint for four years now, and it has become an essential part of our anti-fraud measures. Fingerprint helps us prevent fraud by providing an accurate and non-intrusive way to identify unique users. It integrates easily into our system and saves time by automating the identification process, allowing us to focus on other tasks. Overall, it is an incredibly effective tool that has greatly enhanced our security measures.

 ### 3. The Industry Standard for Fraud Detection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I appreciate that Fingerprint is the industry standard when it comes to tracking users and devices. I find its dashboard incredibly informative, as it provides a wealth of insights that are crucial for fraud analysis and detecting users attempting to set up multiple accounts. This tool uses data points from a user's computer and device settings, browser, and network to create a unique fingerprint, and assigns a unique ID, which is invaluable for tracking. The metrics we can analyze, such as VPN usage, location, user agent, and frequency patterns, are particularly useful in identifying potentially fraudulent patterns. Fingerprint's ease of setup, including DNS subdomain configuration and helpful recommendations, adds to its value. This user-friendly experience makes it a highly recommendable tool in our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I find Fingerprint's analysis could be improved when it comes to identifying known bad actors. It requires us to manually draw correlations from the data instead of automatically highlighting potentially malicious patterns across its entire client base, which could significantly enhance the value we get from the service.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint for user fraud analysis and tracking user activity, leveraging unique identifiers and insights to identify fraudulent patterns, enhance security, and streamline user account management.

 ### 4. Effortless Device Access Control with Fingerprint

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osama R. | Developer

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I appreciate the easy implementation of Fingerprint, which made setting it up a smooth and hassle-free process. This ease of setup is incredibly beneficial, allowing my team to integrate it seamlessly into our workflow without any significant obstacles. Additionally, the rich dashboard provided by Fingerprint offers a comprehensive and detailed view, which aids in effectively managing user device access to our mobile application. This feature enhances our ability to monitor and control access efficiently. The fact that I can use Fingerprint alongside tools like Node.js and Angular without any issues is a testament to its adaptability and compatibility with other software solutions. Moreover, the excellent user experience and functionality have led me to recommend Fingerprint to two other friends in different industries, underscoring my confidence in the product's utility and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

Nothing, all good 👍

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fingerprint controls user device access for our mobile app, offering easy implementation and a rich dashboard for seamless management.

 ### 5. Detailed Data Turns Suspicious Activities Transparent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo D. | Compliance & Risk Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I deeply appreciate the extensive amount of detailed data that Fingerprint provides per event. This richness of data allows us to be highly specific in setting alerts for unusual activity and supports the creation of very fine-tuned monitoring rules. These precise rules are invaluable as they significantly reduce the time analysts spend on reviewing activities. A well-crafted rule helps us to focus on what matters most, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup process of Fingerprint was relatively easy, which contributed positively to our overall experience. Overall, I find Fingerprint to be highly effective for our needs in account monitoring against fraud events, and it seamlessly aligns with our use case. As we are integrating Fingerprint with Unit21, I expect our capabilities to be further strengthened.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

Fingerprint's dashboards could be more user-friendly. We are primarily interacting with Fingerprint via API and using the data on our backend, but when navigating in the Fingerprint dashboard, it would be beneficial to have a dashboard geared for Agent investigations into activity. Currently, it feels like the setup is not tailored for that purpose. Additionally, it seems that event data falls off and becomes unsearchable in the Fingerprint dashboard after several months. This suggests that the product is primarily geared toward API usage rather than investigation-driven purposes through their dashboard, particularly for long-term, historical investigations of activity.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fingerprint provides detailed data for fraud monitoring, enabling the creation of fine-tuned rules to save analysts' time by focusing on suspicious activities, enhancing fraud detection and prevention.

 ### 6. Effortless Fraud Mitigation with Clear Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian I.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I really appreciate how easy it was to integrate and set up Fingerprint on the client side. The simplicity of gathering data through webhooks was impressive and made the process smooth for us. Another aspect I find commendable is the super simple and easy-to-understand pricing structure. I value knowing exactly what our costs will be each month without any surprises, which helps me efficiently calculate the expenses associated with serving clients.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

As far as we can tell, Fingerprint is the best-in-class of having as close as possible a single fingerprint id per device, although it is not 100% perfect because the system can generate multiple device IDs for a single device. This limitation, while somewhat controlled, means it's not entirely flawless.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to mitigate fraud risk for our mobile and web apps. It provides a single fingerprint per device despite App or Play Store restrictions. It's integral for building fraud models across multiple countries and products, and it's easy to integrate with simple, predictable pricing.

 ### 7. Seamless Fraud Detection with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrej S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I find Fingerprint truly valuable for its ability to detect whether a real device is being used for registrations in our system. This plays a crucial role in minimising suspicious activity that could cause issues later on. Fingerprint effectively helps us reduce artificially inflated traffic generated by simulated registrations not intended for real use, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of our system. We appreciate the ease of use that Fingerprint offers, making it accessible without complicated processes. Additionally, the cost benefits are remarkable, especially with the availability of a freemium plan that allows us to utilise its features without immediate financial pressure. The timely responses to support issues also stand out, as resolving problems efficiently ensures smooth operations. Overall, the seamless implementation of Fingerprint as an additional layer of fraud protection has been straightforward, and we're very satisfied with its performance without encountering any major issues.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

At the moment, nothing comes up.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fingerprint to detect suspicious user activity, minimising artificially inflated traffic and enhancing fraud protection efficiently.

I love Fingerprint for its ease of installation in any application or service, which greatly simplifies the initial process and integration in different environments. Additionally, I am impressed by the way it structures data, which facilitates the implementation of validations and the handling of collected information, allowing us to effectively prevent fraud and identity theft. The dashboard is another aspect I highlight, as it provides me with a clear visualization of each use the SDK had, improving its tracking and management. I also appreciate the simplicity with which proxies can be installed to manage access to the SDK, which significantly enhances our operational efficiency. Overall, Fingerprint stands out as the best option in the market thanks to these features.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I think the way the billing is displayed month by month can be improved.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fingerprint allows me to obtain information about users, detect fraud, and prevent anonymous access. It facilitates the installation and management of data in any application, in addition to offering an effective dashboard to manage the SDK.

 ### 9. An intuitive and powerful tool for fraud detection - by developers to developers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo E. | Sr Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

A few things I really love about Fingerprint.

1. They provide the free version and don't push you to implement the paid one. The free version is perfectly sufficient for some use cases, and doesn't need to be "upgraded" to work properly. it made me consider even more the paid version, for the respect and ethics with the customer.

2. The dashboard is really intuitive and well built. Super easy to manage. As an Engineering Manager, I appreciate a tool me and my engineers can use, with different accounts and roles to support compliance frameworks.

3. The feature roadmap is amazing. Few companies publicly disclose this, and it gets us excited about the new features.

4. Integration is straightforward. We made it work in a couple hours, with sealed results implemented, SDKs implemented, subdomains implemented. Everything went smooth.

5. The pricing paln is extremely fair. In our use case, with just a few requests per month, paying $99 feels like a steal.

6. The amount of signals collected is amazing. We have integrated fingerprint directly into our fraud framework, as the signals give us a lot of insight on devices. We're required by regulators to provide device identification, and Fingerprint made ir super easy.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

The documentation could be better organized. Sometimes it's hard to find out exactly everything we need to do to have a robust and secure implementation. A more guided approach would be nice.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Fingerprint to identity devices in a payments flow. We are required by regulation in Brazil to report device fingerprint to banks, and to run fraud prevention using the same info.

 ### 10. Intuitive Dashboard, Excellent for Customer Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alastair T.

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I really appreciate Fingerprint for its easy-to-use and intuitive dashboard, which presents data in a digestible manner. It significantly aids in decision-making as it provides us with detailed information about our customers, including the type of device and browser they are using. This level of insight is highly useful for our operations. Furthermore, I find the integration with our web app seamless, facilitated by the straightforward setup using the React SDK. Overall, Fingerprint is a very good product.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I find the pricing of Fingerprint to be a bit steep. It would be beneficial if there were a more affordable option, such as a startup tier, to cater to smaller companies or those with limited budgets.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to identify malicious users with multiple accounts, gain detailed customer insights, and make informed decisions with its intuitive dashboard providing useful information on device and browser usage.

 ### 11. Fingerprint made device identification effortless to implement, for a better fraud prevention

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

Fingerprint’s mobile SDK made it simple to add reliable device identity to our iOS and Android app.

Integration took very little time, the documentation is clear, and the sample code works out of the box. The SDK is lightweight and stable, network calls are efficient.

The dashboard and event timeline help our team investigate patterns quickly, and webhooks make real-time enforcement straightforward in our risk rules.

We use Fingerprint to reduce install fraud, fake referrals, and multi-accounting while maintaining a frictionless user experience. Support has been responsive and proactive, and shared practical guidance for tuning signals for mobile-specific edge cases.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I would like even more granular controls for when the SDK initializes so consent and analytics sequencing is always perfect in complex app flows. A few prebuilt reports focused on mobile fraud patterns would save time for our analysts. There is a short calibration period to find the right thresholds, and pricing requires planning during peak acquisition bursts. These are minor points compared to the reliability and impact we see.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fingerprint helps us detect and prevent fraudulent activities such as fake installs, account farming, and repeated abuse from the same device. By providing a persistent and accurate device identity, it allows us to block bad actors early and maintain clean acquisition data. This improves user quality, reduces wasted marketing spend, and protects our in-app economy without disrupting legitimate players.

 ### 12. Efficient Fraud Prevention with Smooth Setup

**Reviewed by:** Maleesha G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I love how easy it is to set up Fingerprint, thanks to its very detailed and user-friendly documentation and guides. It's comprehensive documentation provides a solid understanding of the functionalities, data provision, and operating mechanisms of Fingerprint, making it straightforward for me to integrate and use effectively. The organized description of the response object is particularly beneficial, as they help me distinguish between various parameters clearly, allowing me to tailor my usage to specific project needs. Understanding these elements enables me to write effective logic to prevent scams and frauds, which is crucial for my projects. These features demonstrate that Fingerprint is not only a powerful tool for fraud prevention but also user-friendly, making it a valuable asset for enhancing security measures.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

If the application is only an API, Fingerprint cannot do much due to the very nature of its detection mechanisms.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint for fraud prevention, tracing VPN users to stop unauthorized access and detecting multiple account creation, boosting security. Its easy setup and detailed documentation aid understanding, allowing me to effectively integrate and utilize its services to prevent scams.

One of the most remarkable aspects is the ease of integration, which saves a lot of time and technical effort. Additionally, the dashboards provided are very effective and responsive, offering quick adaptability to changes in browsers, which is essential for staying up-to-date with evolving technologies. Furthermore, the initial setup was very easy, which allowed us to get started without any hassle. Overall, these features make Fingerprint highly valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I find the overall cost of Fingerprint to be quite high, which could be challenging for companies dealing with high volumes. The pricing might be understandable given the complexity of the problem it is addressing, but it remains a concern.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to detect and block fraudulent user activities, track and associate users to devices without worrying about fingerprinting technicalities, benefiting from easy integration and adaptable dashboards.

 ### 14. Intuitive API Enhances User Identification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John J.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I find Fingerprint exceptionally valuable for its ability to identify a user across multiple devices and browsers, which significantly reduces fraud in our online orders. I love how intuitive and high-performing the API is, as it ensures our customer ordering process remains fast and efficient. This performance is crucial because any slowdown could negatively impact our business operations. Moreover, I appreciate that Fingerprint is cost-effective compared to other solutions like SEON. Setting up Fingerprint was a breeze due to its well-documented API, which allowed for quick implementation into our custom-made online store.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I dislike that Fingerprint sometimes lacks sufficient metrics to accurately identify all users, leading to confusion when different users appear to be the same person when they are not.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to identify users across devices and browsers, reducing fraud in online orders. Its intuitive API provides strong performance, preventing delays in customer orders.

 ### 15. Efficient Fraud Detection with Fingerprint

**Reviewed by:** Satyaprakash S. | Technical Support Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

I love Fingerprint’s technology as it accurately detects user browsers, geo-locations, and recognizes when a VPN is being used. This capability is incredibly beneficial in ensuring the authenticity of reviews, helping to detect fraudulent activities such as attempts to submit multiple reviews from the same device using a VPN. This is particularly crucial for maintaining the integrity of the reviews we collect. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Fingerprint to be straightforward and user-friendly, particularly thanks to the detailed documentation support which made the process smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I thought the service can be offered at a lower price. That's the only concern as of now as we are a small-scale company, so money is always a prime factor.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to detect fraud, enhance review quality, and boost efficiency by flagging VPN users to prevent duplicate reviews.

 ### 16. Effortless Setup with Insightful Device Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I like that Fingerprint has SDKs for web, Android, and iOS, and that implementation was easy. It provides a technology layer that identifies specific devices, which we don't have to build or manage ourselves. We can just integrate it, and updating the SDK is simple. The initial setup was actually really easy.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

There were some weird discrepancies where the Android SDK had a much higher API limit because it sends a lot more events. That was a little confusing as we were getting set up.

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I appreciate how easily the system can track the same user across different accounts using their visitor ID. The detailed insights have quickly become a critical part of our system due to how well they help me track down fraudsters on our platform.
After the amazing success so far, I am now using it daily on all features inside our system!

I like that Fingerprint is easy to set up, and the integration and maintenance efforts are negligible. It simply gets the job done. The initial setup was very easy, definitely a 10/10. Everything is working really well for us as we are relatively new customers of Fingerprint.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

It's still hit & miss when a user uses multiple browsers to bypass our logic which can be improved.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to detect account sharing, VPN usage, bot activity, and API trends, which are critical for us.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I don't know, I haven't encountered this situation before.

 ### 28. Unmatched precision and persistent device identification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salvador Gabriel E. | Chófer de reparto, Package/Freight Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I highlight its unparalleled precision and its ability to identify devices persistently.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I see a lack of privacy in allowing persistent tracking without consent. I am also concerned about security risks, such as forgery or data theft. Additionally, recognition can fail due to dirt or moisture, and identification can be subjective.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sBots: Fraudulent traffic and ineffectiveness of cookies.

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I like Fingerprint for its easy setup and its ability to accurately identify users, which helps in preventing DDoS attacks. It's very easy to set up with just an npm install and a function call.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I don't like that multiple browsers generate multiple unique IDs. If it could somehow bind the local IP for generating the fingerprint, it would be more accurate.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to prevent DDoS attacks by uniquely identifying users for rate limiting. The setup is easy, and it accurately identifies users, enhancing my API gateway's security.

What I don’t like is that I think there’s room for improvement in the reasoning behind the score.

What I really love about Fingerprint is that it just works. It's super reliable for identifying devices, even when other tools fail. The setup was surprisingly fast because the API is easy to use and the documentation is so clear. Once it's running, you can forget about it—it requires zero maintenance

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the open-source version seems to receive updates more slowly compared to the paid product. It still works well, but the pace feels noticeably slower than before.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fingerprint helps me reliably identify duplicate or reused accounts, which is crucial because I run a paid-per-seat SaaS. It gives me high-confidence signals that let me detect when the same user is trying to register multiple accounts or bypass seat limits. This has saved me both time and money and keeps my billing fair for everyone.

 ### 35. Device Insights That Strengthen Authentication Trust

 ### 37. Streamlined User Correlation with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I really loved the post-sales success experience with Fingerprint. As an engineer, I found their support to be incredibly helpful in understanding the path to success using the product. My overall experience as an engineer was very positive, as I felt well-supported with multiple integration options available for using Fingerprint Pro. The initial setup of Fingerprint was super straightforward to integrate into our product, and their help documentation was very useful.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I find it challenging to tangibly measure the long-term benefits of accurate identification, which has become less of a priority for us moving forward. Additionally, the out-of-the-box Cloudfront distribution from Fingerprint exhibited some patchiness that was difficult to trace, leading to a lower quality integration.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to accurately identify users across multiple domains despite changes in browser policies, enhancing our cross-site user tracking.

 ### 38. Easy Integration and Clear Insights for Spam & Bot Detection

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

It’s easy to integrate and straightforward to use. I’ve found it especially valuable for detecting spam and bots. When I need to troubleshoot, the web interface is clear and transparent, making it simple to diagnose why certain events were blocked or flagged as bot activity.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

It can be quite expensive, and I’d really appreciate being able to get more information about bot requests programmatically through the API without being charged for subsequent calls. Other than that, there isn’t much to dislike.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to identify which requests coming into our system are from bots or other fraudulent sources. Being able to filter these out programmatically and accurately is extremely valuable, because it improves the quality of the insights we provide on our platform.

I also like the construction of a graph of people's visits to the site, which helps to detect multi-accounts and bots more easily. Additionally, Fingerprint has a good API, quick setup, and the availability of webhooks.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I don't like the lack of access to the video card name in the visitorId structure, which hinders me in the API.

I use Fingerprint to combat fraud in the casino. It detects browser spoofing, VPN usage, risk assessment, which simplifies the detection of multi-accounts and bots. All of this in one library.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I don't have any dislikes except for when my fingerprint doesn't work.

It helps me in the fact that I don't need to remember my password or worry about someone else using my password.

 ### 44. Enhanced User Experience Across Sessions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan V. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Fingerprint?**

I enjoy using Fingerprint for its ability to identify users across incognito sessions, which allows my team to provide a more personalized experience even when users are often in incognito mode. The constant and helpful guidance and support from the Fingerprint team are highly appreciated. The product is very effective and consistent in linking people across sessions, which solves the problem of not being able to personalize experiences for anonymous users. Additionally, while I did not personally implement Fingerprint, the setup appeared not to be complex and was fairly easy to update with custom fields.

It's a little pricey, but judgements like that are above my pay grade so take that with a grain of salt.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fingerprint to identify users across incognito sessions, solving personalization issues for anonymous users.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

Nothing to dislike about our use-case.

**What do you dislike about Fingerprint?**

I didn't have any problems with them and the support was very helpful, but the price needs some improvement.

**What problems is Fingerprint solving and how is that benefiting you?**
