Any time there has been an issue I just click on the instant messenger and within minutes my problem is solved. Not only is it a robust system but you can always add on features when you like and if you like. I love it! **What do you dislike about Fingercheck?** The time glitch that I have on one of the time clock machines had been a bit of an issue. For some reason the one of the timeclocks seems to forward ahead an hour every so often. When this happens I contact FingerCheck and get this squared out. They always help me and fix these issues. My recommendation would be to offer a permanent solution and not just keep fixing the same issue. This would avoid me having to call every 2-3 weeks of so to get this issue fixed. **What problems is Fingercheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use FinberCheck to keep track of our employees time and attendance. I can easily also appoint job orders and schedules to each employee. Although I am not appointing a job code at this time I'm glad it does have this awesome feature. I can also easily print out labor reports for the Director of Operations and the CEO with out any problems. I use these for my cost and labor reports i generate every week. Project Managers put in PTO as an extra control measure via PRocore.
