I really enjoy how user friendly this platform has been for our needs. It has absolutely changed the way we do things. Employees are happy with all the features, since they can now log their time card, request time off and track their PTO and schedule all in one place. Because of these new features they log in daily to log in and out of their time cards. The Implentation team took great care and walked us through the payroll process. Their support helped us understand how to track time and PTO. The transition period for the new system happened in a matter of days and the team had no problem integrating in the new process. There isn't anything right now that really calls for my attention. The only thing I think could change is that they had a team that can assist with setting up payroll in different states instead of customers having to do all the leg work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would appreciate reports to be exportable in excel with more analytics/reporting. There also seems to be a bug on the PTO calcs that has not been able to be solved yet (we work around it now but the core issue has not been resolved). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
