Finger-Ink was an excellent way for the user to check in at a doctor's visit. Check-in and wait times and can be tedious, and cause a lot of repetitive work for the nurse. Finger-Ink is excellent if you are tech-savvy or a millennial. The problem is that the more significant proportion of people who visit the doctors often are senior citizens or older groups of adults who have not adopted technology and have access to a smartphone.
