What do you like best about Findity?

Recommendations to others considering Findity:

From all aspects of using the system (user, approver, administrator, system manager) it is a very good system. The support is important and it is very fast for CE so the best I have met so far. Also very easy to get in contact with developers who listen to needs of customers and partners. Great communication and collaboration when you are a partner. The app is very easy to work with. It is fun to go in to the app. To photograph my expences is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I photograph it does not always choose the right expences. But the amounts are in 99% correct. So that is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can always do my expences and travel cost when ever I choose. I save a lot of time to just photograph expences during my trip and then update all the items when I wait for the flight or sit in taxi. To see my expences in my app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Findity?

It saves a lot of time and effort both for my collegues who uses CE and for me as the accountant at the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Findity?

Sometimes difficult to understand the different steps needed in the App to save and send the reports, especially if som information (ie VAT) is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Findity solving and how is that benefiting you?

The paperwork is no longer needed in the same extent because every receipt is now saved electonically. Benefits; collegues basically thinks it´s fun to use CE and therefore they report the receipts earlier then before. More control for us at accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Findity?

Simplicity and intuitivity for the user. Technology giving the business value.

The application is already "one step ahead", just waiting for more companies being ready for digital receipts. Once the travel industry (taxis, restaurants, flights, trains,...) starts using digital receipts, that's when we'll all get excellent value of the application. Our customers use the app. For us as an accountancy firm, we practically have "no touch" on the expense management process. It's so easy! Just take a photo and add the extra information, done! And with connection to Klarna you can get your receipts directly in the app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to have the possibility to import fuel benefits directly, both via file and API, from the fuel company, the same way that you can already do for debit and credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
