**What do you like best about FinCRM?**

Since the start FinCRM's interface was easy to use, it has integrated financial tools which makes it user-friendly, even if you are a beginner, the tutorials make you understand the features and you are ready to go.

**What do you dislike about FinCRM?**

As it is new in the market, it needs some development like adding in more features to tell insights of data, need to increase the entries list to a higher number.

**What problems is FinCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not only Showing the  profile but reminding about the follow-ups on time, one cannot forget about re-reminder of follow-up calls with FinCRM. Really helpful in searching profiles with either number or name

**What do you like best about FinCRM?**

It is an excellent tool for sales tracking, I appreciate the sales funnel, contact management, and reports, much better for addressing and explaining the goals.

**What do you dislike about FinCRM?**

I don't know what to point out as a flaw, but in everything that doesn't update, it doesn't keep up with the market. A constant improvement of the program's tools and functions is necessary.

Very convenient to use with all valuable features it's really good for sales management and new customer acquisition.all the information stored in CRM database really help to understand our customers better.

It's should be more cost effective.also sometimes its crashes.

Definitely the data store in CRM database give us more insight about our customers and that is really help in growth of organization.the performance of business is increased significantly.

Best lead management software and makes work easier with automation of workflows. It helps very much in tracking performances and admin dashboard is the best.

If it is made to be more affordable then it can patentially become the best crm software in the dogital space.

Managing work production and able to efficiently do my tasks which helps in more lead production.

It was the best sales CRM Software been using this as my lead management software since I am into web research. It is made my work easier and it has a lot more feature than you think

**What do you dislike about FinCRM?**

Well, I have nothing against this software. Anything works properly on my end I do not have any problem using this kind of tool I can see that it will have to improve just the way it has been affordable

Got no problem using this software, as a matter of fact, I have won more leads using them, and it is awesome I do manage my tasks efficiently and our performance increase overtime

**What do you like best about FinCRM?**

Officers can take action by simplifying automated trading and structure to carry out in one step.  Customers, Deals, Driving, Bargaining - View daily / weekly / monthly reports on the web and use them to show our settings and work.  This time when someone bought us something at any time, they sent us an email, called us, contacted us through the social director, asked for a demonstration.  All this information is stored in our CRM database.  There are many things that can be connected to the relationship between the company and the system and this application complies with this agreement.

**What do you dislike about FinCRM?**

Perhaps the best test of CRM implementation is price.  Lack of responsibility or protection against social change within the people within an organization can lead to significant challenges in the implementation of CRM.  Poor communication and power outages.

**What problems is FinCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a number of factors that make using our free CRM data unique.  When we receive an email, it concludes that it is always included in the appropriate user registration for Bitrix24 CRM.  We will be able to respond to messages from the CRM and our responses will be reviewed there.  The same is true for blacks.  We will be able to make and answer calls from Bitrix24 CRM.  History of all calls can be saved in CRM as MP3 recording.

**What do you like best about FinCRM?**

Automate bargains workstream in one phase and smooth out lead-to-deal structures enabling chiefs to follow execution. View customers, deals, drives, bargains – day/week/month reports on the web and use it to push ahead our arrangements and displaying works out. On the off chance that someone at any point purchased something from us, sent us a mail, called us, contacted us through social mastermind, asked a demo. Every one of that information is taken care of inside our CRM database. There are many things that can relate to business and system co-relation and this application fulfills the deal.

**What do you dislike about FinCRM?**

Perhaps the best test for CRM execution is cost. An absence of duty or protection from social change from individuals inside the organization can cause significant challenges with the CRM execution. Poor correspondence and Absence of authority.

**What problems is FinCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a couple of things that make our free CRM database organization application unique. This infers whenever we get an email message, it's normally included in Bitrix24 CRM to the appropriate customer record. We'll be capable response to messages from inside the CRM, and our answer will be taken care of there. Same for calls – we'll be capable make and answer calls from Bitrix24 CRM. The chronicles of all telephone conversations can be taken care of inside the CRM as MP3 records.

The cost of CRM is a little high. If the cost can reduce then good for people.

Makes personalization and automated messaging easier. Digital CRM provides a clear picture of customer's habits and preferences and hence makes business easier.

There can be security issues with CRM software as data is contained at a centralised point. Data can be lost if the database is not properly maintained.

Everyone has same access to data and hence everyone is automatically on the same page. It is a scalable solution. It helps in discovering where the business is making progress and therefore allows for data mining.

It eliminates human element from business equation. Also there are security issues with it.

easier to view clients portfolio, and quickly jump to current sections, unlike the predecessor software we used, an internal and antiquated system that I personally am glad to put to rest
