What do you like best about Finch?

The management of google adwords and bing have saved us money and helped us drive more traffic efficiently. We are able to let the software handle much of the management and it allows us to focus on other parts of our digital business. We are working to own our branded terms across SEM channels and capitalize on new users through generic terms and audiences. What problems is Finch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seasonal adjustments, monthly and biweekly meetings allow us to stay on top of our strategy and make changes rapidly. Always spend within budget and meet with target performance metrics and make adjustments if necessary. If they see something is wrong they contact us immediately and offer some adjustments to be made. What do you like best about Finch?

We value Finch's first-class experience in the field of Google AdWords. Thanks to the automated bidding and the intelligent algorithms, we can sit back and relax and watch our numbers improve. The costs decrease while the conversions increase. The perfect thing about the cooperation: our time investment is more or less around 4 hours a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finch?

Finch is basically doing everything right. The only little thing we want to complain about is communication. Our contact person basically only gets in touch for annual events such as blackfriday or Christmas. However, closer cooperation would be desirable. Recommendations to others considering Finch:

The most important thing in the implementation of Finch is surely that the algorithm is given enough learning phase. From our point of view, at least € 10,000 adspent should be made for at least six months. Only after this learning phase can you actually make a good statement. What problems is Finch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently do not have the opportunity to employ a SEM manager in our company. Thanks to Finch, however, it is currently sufficient to take a quick look at the development of our campaigns once a month so that we do not have to actively fill this position at the moment. What do you like best about Finch?

I had a very poor experience with Finch. Honestly, not sure I have any positive feedback to share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finch?

There was a constant lack of communication and collaboration. The team rarely responded to emails or completed projects. We would go several months at a time with zero forward-progress. Every request felt like pulling teeth -- even simple ones, such as basic topline reporting. When we fired Finch, we were met with condescension from senior leadership, including the CEO, Bjorn Espenes, who opted not to take our criticism seriously.
