One downside I should mention regarding Finch relates to the assisted benefits connections. I understand that many of the delays or limitations are outside of Finch’s direct control; however, they still impact the overall service experience.

The Finch team has worked very closely with our team to address all of our needs and explain whatever we didn't understand. They have been on top of telling us about outages, looking into issues, and letting us know about new features or future breaking changes.
