Installation is a breeze, almost like a plug-and-play device, which is incredibly important for busy IT managers like me. Once introduced to the network over POE, it shows up on the controller in less than five minutes, making the setup straightforward. It’s also simple as a consumer product, just download the controller, follow the initial setup, and manually configure the WiFi. I appreciate its ease and reliability. **What do you dislike about UniFi?** Sometimes resetting access points is challenging, I have to try a couple of times before it happens. **What problems is UniFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** UniFi introduces enterprise features into a small business product at a comfortable cost and is easy to install. It's reliable and almost a plug-and-play device, which is great for busy IT managers. ### 2. We make use of the port forwarding tables to allow us to access internal servers. We've got port management on the Three CX server, and we get oversight of network outages quickly. **What do you dislike about UniFi?** The UI is far too complicated or it could be simplified. **What problems is UniFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use UniFi to manage our internal network, which protects against external threats. It's easy to integrate with other systems and the amount of features makes it an easy choice in the SMB market. Still haven't had a need for customer support so can't give any comments about that. **What do you dislike about UniFi?** Availability, there's not enough gear being produced. **What problems is UniFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** it helps me with the SMB market that's not in the price range of enterprise gear, but needs better than gear for home market. ### 4. The implementation is quite simple and allows for remote management. **What do you dislike about UniFi?** That, at least in my country, there is no adequate support, and there is no access to all the products. **What problems is UniFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed me to create a business-grade wireless network, which allowed traffic of more than 400 connected devices per second. ### 5. Ease of onboarding devices was essential to us continueing to purchase more Ubiquiti devices. **What do you dislike about UniFi?** I have had some delays in dealing with technical support with Ubiquiti, but that is the trade off for the price savings and ease-of-use of their products, I would assume. In my experience a ticket I opened took a few days for a response and by that time we had figured out the solution ourselves. This was related to their 16 port PoE switches. **What problems is UniFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to manage our wireless point-to-point devices (AF60 models) in one dashboard. ### 6.
