Each time my computer has a software update, my FIserv programs fail and create issues where I can not even log into the software to do my job. It s a huge time suck. Fiserv support staff is really difficult to get a hold of and they take forever to solve your issue. The Precision interface is also not really user friendly. Ive learned it and im used to it so its not hard, however the set up and location of all the information is really not done very well.
