I like that the cllients file can be completely accessed in one interface where you can see all the loan information, correspondence, and documentation without having to rummage into other files or access other programs. Each time my computer has a software update, my FIserv programs fail and create issues where I can not even log into the software to do my job. It s a huge time suck. Fiserv support staff is really difficult to get a hold of and they take forever to solve your issue. The Precision interface is also not really user friendly. Ive learned it and im used to it so its not hard, however the set up and location of all the information is really not done very well.
