Financial Cents Pros and Cons

I love being able to integrate proposals/EL with billing. Clients enter their payment info and we get paid right away instead of invoicing them later. This alone is making it so we start off tax season right. Also really enjoy the sleek client portal, it is secure, easy to navigate, and even easier for clients to login.

Just got FC a couple weeks ago and it is already making life so much easier. I am able to delegate more and focus on client work! Support is so amazing, I've had like ten questions since I got the software, they have been so responsive and helpful. I started with the solo plan and upgraded to the teams plan pretty soon after and am considering just going for the scale plan. Also love how they keep updating the software. I don't like that the payout timeline for ACH is 4 days (as opposed to QB which is same day or next day) but fees are lower and QB does not have the ability to automatically pass on credit card fees. Besides that I love this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Financial Cents was a very smooth transition from our previous software due to its easy user friendly interface. The customer support we have received has been amazing! The staff are all so friendly, supportive and helpful, and are easy to get a hold of. The onboarding for setting it all up was great because they made sure we had a contact person to reach out to anytime. Considering this is a soiftware that ball staff have open all day and use all day, it was important to be able to be picked up easily by all staff, and it was. Extremely easy to catch onto. I have added firm users that have figured out how to navigate the system in under an hour.

I love how Financial Cents has streamlined all of my admin tasks for my bookkeeping firm. It has cut down on the amount of time that I have to spend requesting information, collecting documents, and receiving responses with all of their automations. It also allows me to stay on top of projects and tasks for my clients so that items do not slip through the cracks. I have decreased the amount of emails and communications with my clients, which is huge! The new ReCat feature is a huge plus with this software! No more exporting data into spreadsheets and sending them to the client to receive their feedback on transactions. Financial Cents does it all!! Financial Cents is easy to use, gives me the ability to create detailed processes, and attach all of the information I need to clients and projects. I really appreciate the specialization and integrations that Financial Cents offers, especially the ReCat feature and the client tasks, which allow me to securely request and send files to clients.
