This was more cost effective than other similar software solutions I've found, and also had a higher rate of email addresses found. This integrated seamlessly into LinkedIn Recruiter. **What do you dislike about FinalScout?** Some of the searches would take a long time and there wasn't a way to move additional searches into the queue if there were already 4 running simultaneously. I didn't like that it primarily looks for work emails - I was hoping to primarily find personal emails since this was for recruitment and not sales. **What problems is FinalScout solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of candidates don't check their LinkedIn messages, and so reaching out to them that way is not effective.
