Overall Finale is very customizable which our team needed. I enjoy the different options I have to look up prior sales orders and it's very easy to create invoices. I also appreciate having a customer's complete order history easily pull up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes with our integration syncing, my commands can glitch and I will have to manually push through, or it can take a while (around an hour) for it to sync. Also, the way the rules are set up (this could be something my team did), I can't start an invoice when I receive the PO without it automatically assigning the sale to that time period. Meaning even if it doesn't ship right away, it can complicate accounting. I have to ensure the invoice is started when the order is ready meaning prepaid customers need a pro forma invoice vs normal and some international customers reject them as valid. Fast and relatively simple to use. Imports by excel. Can make inventory bins and walk paths. Inventory scans are possible and easy connection with a shipping software like ship station. Batch labelling is great with the batching for purchase orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The inventory management is questionable as it involves scans that are manually synced. Reports are basic and no detail reporting and difficult to get some reports made. I suggest making your own reports from the raw data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are still onboarding with Finale, but so far the customer service and training available has been next level. Even during the free trial they spent a lot of time helping us get to know what the software was capable of. I would highly recommend trying it out for your company. Babylist's e-commerce has never fit a traditional model, and we had a really hard time finding an Inventory Management System that met our needs. Finale was the first one - we used two and evaluated a dozen - that fit our exact needs and integrated with the other tools used. It was also extremely easy for our engineering team to work with Finale's APIs to continue to automate/improve our warehouse operations. This was all supported by a fantastic account manager (hi, Mike!), who took a ton of time to help us really understand how Finale worked, and provided us with extremely fast support. Very smart software, we adapted it with our online shop. The admin panel is clear, gives great reports and helps us to keep the sales and purchases under control. The productivity of daily operations has improved since the we used Finale. The implementation of this software has improved every aspect of the business. I will suggest this who needs a solution to warehouse operations. This software has pure inventory capabilities. Our registration, purchasing and stock management, refunds, shipping could be improved; the implementation of this technology basically enhances all facets of our business. I like that you can print barcodes for all items on a purchase order, I also like the mobile/barcode scanner app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price, but that's just because I love money. I hate spending it. Also, the ShipStation integration could work a bit better. I would love to see the inventory count push back to ShipStation from Finale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many features that we use. We were struggling to find a system that did light manufacturing and tracked inventory for small businesses. I love that it's web based and every time I ask their support how to do something new, there is already a feature in place.
