"Optimize the process efficiency"
What do you like best about Fin?

Best process mining software to help with the process gaps and analytics. It has detailed dashboards to explain the agent performance matrix. It helps in managing project costing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fin?

There are not major reasons to dislike as it is highly recommended for delivery. It is bit expensive and it needs training for the new user to start using and get accustomed to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fin?

FIN is really good at helping identify agent work habits when it works. It's nice being able to look back into previous weeks to see what occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fin?

1. The playback is often buggy. There are lots of moments where the playback skips or freezes.

2. FIN takes *a lot* of resources to run, which means it often can't be run when VM's or other intense programs are running. In experimenting, I found even Google Chrome and FIN alone can slow down some normal spec machines. The resources FIN consumes also varies wildly, which makes recommending tech specs near impossible.
