What do you like best about FileTrac Evolve?

This program works for all different sizes of companies and allows for unlimited users. A lot of companies charge for each additional user after a certain point, but this one doesn't. It's easy to use for claims adjustments. I feel like it has made our company more productive and mobile by allowing for access on anything that has an internet connection. The people at Filetrac are very friendly and helpful if you ever need to contact them with a problem or concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileTrac Evolve?

I'm sure once I start using it more I will find some things that I dislike but as of right now there is nothing to not like about this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FileTrac Evolve:

Do the free trial and see if you like it. There is a risk free trial so there's no reason not to try it out if you are in the market for a new claims management system. You can access your documents and data from any computer with an internet connection so it makes it convenient if you are traveling and need immediate access to your files. What problems is FileTrac Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

It works great with QuickBooks, which I love. I am a huge fan of QuickBooks so anything that can be used in conjunction with that program is wonderful. It's affordable and easy to use as I already stated. It saves my company time and money by being efficient in retaining records, speed and ease of use in creating reports related to claims adjustments, and even backing them up online. You can see your claims in real time and even upload videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
