**What do you like best about Filed?**

The customization to be able to build a process with the help of the AI to add value in the verification of data, collection, prep, and review of the data entry.

**What do you dislike about Filed?**

It needs to be trained like any other AI - so while that can be challenging, it's an opportunity to invest in the tech to be sure the last return was the worst return Filed will ever do.

**What problems is Filed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prepping returns used to take hours but now our staff start as first reviewers.

**What do you like best about Filed?**

Filed handles the data entry for us, which lets our team concentrate on strategy and building client relationships. This gives us more time to dedicate to higher-level services that truly benefit our clients.

**What do you dislike about Filed?**

At this time, I have no complaints. The team is always working to make improvements, and their customer service is both responsive and outstanding.

**What problems is Filed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filed is solving the limited personnel time we have available. We can improve turn around time and accuracy by using Filed.
