**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I love the versatility and flexibility of FIIX. Also the tutorials are well explain. In addition, I appreciate the follow-up with my FIIX liaison officer. She makes sure we are satisfied with the FIIX product. The FIIXER blog is very helpful. This blog helps us stay connected to what's going on in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

What I like less is creating personalized reports, it's cumbersome. But I know the Research and Development team is working on a more user-friendly product.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have increased our efficiency. Tracking files is really easy. We have tools in FIIX that allow us to improve our weak points and solidify our strong points.

I would add a message that before saving the Fix there will be a pop-up that the time has not been entered.

I can organize the work orders in any way that I want and I can write any extra notes/information that is important to the work order

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

It is sometimes hard to find old work orders that are closed because if you want to find a specific area of a restaurant that has a WO, you need to find it by its code. For example: (OML-Kitchen)

Keeping track of which work orders are still open and how old they are, therefore, exposing the priority.

I like the detailed information gathered from the teams input and the custom dashboard you can create to make the application easy to use.

There are a lot of moving parts so it's a little difficult to learn as a new user. However, because I have used it for almost a  year, I am learning to tweak it to where it is a breeze.

It's benefitting the team by assessing how much an individual asset is costing to maintain.

Current Analytics is versatile, giving the ability for personalized reports. 
Very responsive technical assistance.

One of the best apps for opening and completing work orders

Not the best for planning and scheduling work orders.
Unable to do retroactive corrections
Unable to sort Work orders based on multiple criteria (Ex. can only sort based on Due Date OR Assigned To, not one then the other)

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Fiix gives freedom when creating things like assets, work orders, and parts. You can create things without knowing a lot of information, and another employee can fill in the blanks or make corrections at any time. The tags we print out look very professional because they have QR codes (our company's old tags are nowhere near Fiix quality). It is now very easy to figure out the quantity of a part.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

It is difficult to convince other workers, such as plant operators, that Fiix is actually beneficial. The others still make part tags the old way instead of sending them to me to add to Fiix. This is partly because the process of printing out Fiix tags could be improved and it does not give a lot of freedom in what is included in the tag. In addition, if I assign an incorrect location to a part and another employee marks it as received, I cannot delete the incorrect location. The best I can do is change the quantity in the incorrect location to zero and create the correct location on top of the incorrect location.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way our company orders parts (including now) can sometimes be sporadic. This has not been fixed yet, but in the future, when most everything is logged with the correct quantity, we will order parts exactly the way they should be, reducing spare parts and reducing plant downtime. My company has already benefitted from Fiix because any new parts we acquire are added to Fiix, and it is easy to know how many of which part we have.

Not being able to mark a quote as sent without sending one after getting a quote by phone and entering it into the system.
Not being able to drag and drop to reoganize a list in a PO or RFQ.
Not being able to edit a description on an RFQ when creating an RFQ.

Fiix is a very comprehensive CMMS program that is able to be configured to meet all our needs.  It has streamlined our business processes leading to numerous efficiencies.

Fiix has very few drawbacks.  Integration with a financial model might be attempted in the future to complete all our needs.

Fiix provides a single database of our asset maintenance history and provides the scheduled tracking of all maintenance needs.

FIIX is easy to navigate.  We use FIIX for our maintainence department. We also use it for our administration department. I use it daily.

I have just started my job and have no complaints about FIIX.

The upside is to keep good record of machine what has been replaced.

The sign in I use this all day and I have to keep signing in The other sign in would let me stay signed in all day.

The ability to use my phone to insert files and pictures into the work order makes entering information much quicker than downloading files from a phone to the computer first. The files upload very quickly and easily.

Organizing and filtering the users and types of work orders seems a little messy but this may be how everything was setup by my organization initially.

CMMS has created a structure for a preventitive maintenance program that was put in place and allows us to locate information about machine work that has been done .  It also allows us to track parts inventory.
