I like that it saves the work order to be able to go back and look at it anytime and that you can see how your equipment is doing and I love the asset part where you know exactly where to look for the problem equipment

To be honest there is nothing I dislike about it it's perfect and I love it

We are using it for work orders and for pearls to submit work orders for equipment having issues and it helps us to get it fixed and to locate the equipment fast and easy

Ease of navigating the site along with categories being very specific and detail oriented as needed.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

It was a little hard to get around at first but once you get used to the layout it's fine. Sorting work orders and who they're assigned to could use some work.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently moving tenants from one building to another. FIIX has allowed us to make the appropriate changes and allowed tracking of those changes.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I´ve worked for more tham ten years in the maintenance industry as a CMMS, EAMS, ERP user and the last five in consulting roles in several industries. I used many CMMS, ERP, EAMS from different suppliers. What I like most of Fiix is the simplicity, user-friendly interface, everything is where supposed to be—quick deployment and training for every key role. The mobile app runs even when you run out of internet, which is often in the field. Keep the correct data very easy and deliver a powerful information analysis tool. Most remarkable is the flexibility for every organization, maintenance system, and role. The customer support is robust easy to access and they always provide a solution in less than 24 hours. The implementation process is smooth and the transition flawless. 
When it comes to integrate Fiix with third party systems the opportunities are endless from a simple ERP accounting integration to a complex sensors and machine data integrations that triggers Work Orders and Purchase requests in the ERP. I use Fiix every day and the more you use the more you love it.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I'd like that the Workflows feature has more capabilities to deploy apporval processes for Work Orders and Purchase Orders. Howeveer the workflow feature is useful after you spent some years with fiix!!!

**Recommendations to others considering Fiix CMMS:**

I´ve been using different CMMS, ERP, and EAMS for ten years worked with more than ten other related systems suppliers. Therefore I truly recommend Fiix based not only on my experience using it.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most valuable solutions delivered by Fiix is the planning and scheduling of maintenance execution. In addition, the simplicity of processes allows keeping track of valuable data.  Keep track of data quickly and easily and deliver helpful information for data-driven decisions. The meter readings and inspection task triggered work orders are an invaluable tool to process the tons of data that inspections, predictive and proactive routines creates and take action at early stages of a defect.

So simple to set up and use - i set up our system without the need of any outside help.
Easy to use functions, easy to set up and intergrate within our systems.

I've not found yet to a downside! everything is just as it should be!

It solves the scheduling of all our maintenance, seamlessly adjusting due dates when tasks are not completed on time

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Customer support for the Fiix CMMS system is amazing, the representatives are always willing to go above and beyond the needs of my team. The ease of integration to the factory systems is great, we have gained the ability to have preventative maintenance populate in our systems automatically, and being able to create work requests from our system is helpful. We use the system every day at all times of the day, and it is always easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

It may be the way our team has decided to set up the system, but it would be great to be able to have the ability to see better statistics and be able to configure data analysis on our own. Facilitate the freedom of data analysis to be customized by the customer more easily.

Fiix is helping the company have a better organize mantenace system and benefits for record and data analysis purposes.

We use Fiix 24/7 and it has served us well for years.

There are lots of options from Fiix that we don't really use for purchasing, costs, etc..

I don't have any opinion of any downsides.  I've tried other platforms and Fiix outperforms those

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

The platform is very robust, allowing for many different industries and use cases. It can be pretty overwhelming at first; however, the support you receive from the Fiix team makes it very approachable. They will help you through the process of implementation, taking a lot of the grunt work off your plate. It can be a lot of work to get the program where it needs to be, but once you do, you won't look back; it is well worth the investment. 

I am still getting to know the Analytics functionality, and it has such great potential for helping with decision making and tracking KPI's. I cannot begin to highlight all the positives, as there are many... but if you are looking for a powerful CMMS tool to streamline your maintenance program, look no further.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I learnt the hard way that you need to solidify a standard naming convention for parts and assets - otherwise you will spend a long time importing and reimporting templates. It can be very difficult to correct errors if you aren't careful.

Documentation and organization of work order records. This is super beneficial if you ever go through an audit.

Fiix CMMS is helping us solve the problem of unplanned downtime and scattered maintenance records. Before, we relied on manual tracking, which often led to delays and missed preventive tasks. Now, with Fiix, we can schedule and track all work orders in one place, and technicians update progress directly from the mobile app. This not only saves time but also improves equipment reliability and reduces costs. The reporting feature also gives us clear visibility into maintenance KPIs, which helps us make smarter decisions.

Ease of implemantation from our paper system.
Absolute easeof use and training to launch the program.
Customer support is top notch and integrating our assets in the system was perfect.
All of my staff registered on the system use this each and everyday to track events.

No dislikes at all, Excellent software.
Everything you would require in a CMMS software is on Fiix period.

Tracking reactive vs scheduled time on the plant floor.
Keeping machine history of breakdowns and PM's performed up to date. 
It now allows us to have a digital access to repairs, reports and info on the touch of a tablet.

automatically generated work orders keep our cnc machines and equipment in good working order, previously we would be very reactive to issues, now we keep ahead of any problems and can see them before they arrise leading to shorte machine down time and better part yields.

customer support is excellent.

we have a lot of guest users that log service tickets, it would be good to have two  way comunication between maintenance techs and guest users when a service ticket is being looked at / worked on, it does let them know that the ticket is "in progress' or "complete' but the guest cant see any other data that the tech writes in the ticket  work instructions.

our machine down time is alot better, it is easy to keep track of our parts inventory, easy to search reports on each asset

All  items didnt  transfer over from previous system so it can be a pain to go back to the old system and look up what I need.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

For me and my team,  Fiix gives us the ability to utilize, organize and manage pretty much all of our day to day activities in one  easy to use, easy to install database. 
 Fiix truly is our #1  'go to'  CMMS software.  Implemented just over the 8 years now, Fiix has been truly integrated into our day to day activities  with thousands of entries to show. The best part is we are utilizing this software daily in many areas of our responsibility, not just for the typical maintenance activities and spare parts/MRO etc. Areas such as environmental/energy/capital/DT/audits/corrective actions/chnage management, and pretty much everything in-between.  
 One last note, although rarely ever used I have to atleast point out the few times we have had to contact our customer representative at Fiix it has always been a very positive, professional and hassle free experience. Thanks, Amy L!

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

Hard to find something I dislike about Fiix, some small dislikes may be the format of the mobile app when entering a new W.O., the person putting in W.O. fills in the summary of issue field most times with what they want done, not the reason why they are doing it.  Like I said nothing major.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is so many to speak of especially since we are using this system not only for Maintenance items, we are using it for Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management, Capital, Major Uptime Concerns, Root Cause and Corrective Actions, 5S, spare parts, inspections etc. It allows a standard and structured containment for each entry and by section, great for business planning, OFI's, audit purposes and so much more.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Fiix makes it easy to include important details for work orders.  Things like photos, relevant parts needed for the machine, specific task lists for the machine, etc.  The program has a lot of useful features that help technicians communicate as they work on the same work orders together.  Also being very easy to use on a phone or tablet is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The only recommendations I would make to the program is if it could auto populate the date and technicians name when entering notes and time onto a work order.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to take the app mobile on your phone or a tablet is reducing the time I need to return to the shop to get new work orders, and to add time and notes to work orders I am working on.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I am able to schedule all of my PM"s, give due dates and assign them to users. I have all of my assets entered into the software and i can track downtime and see a history of completed PM's.

I am not sure i have any dislikes. One downside is that all of my data of my assests, PM's and history are with another company and not stored on my Company files.

With this software i am able to keep all of my Assets, PM's, Work orders, and Breakdown history in one place. We are able to have mutiple users right from our Millwrights up to our Mangers and everyone is able to view and use the software.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I loved how easy it was to network with fellow users! all the way from the most experienced, to ones like me that are just getting started. There was an abundance of information being shared as well as fresh ideas and helpful experiences. The Fiix team was great at ensuring the ease of integration with helpful insights from Charles Rodgers about change management. I can't wait to get more of our staff involved with this software and reap the benefits as a company with the analytics tool, utilizing it everyday knowing how great the customer support is, I'll never go back to previous software

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I like the operator portal that is in the works, I'd like to see more of a "pre-shift" function, something that the operator can fill out as a equipment check list before starting operation ensuring that information stays with the asset. Not much negative to say about the software at all!

I love the copilot feature; this will make it easier as trainees come up and can learn from previous experienced employees that have retired. This is a great way to maintain knowledge at our plant.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Great flexibility in being able to meet our requirements. The functionality of Scheduled Maintenance and Work Orders  meets our needs. The ability to add custom fields is of great help. Fiix Mobile is easy to use for our Mechanics and Electricians. Our go-live implementation went very well. Craig as our trainer and support specialist was top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

We are going through the changing of our assigned CSMs. We hope to build a great working relationship with Fiix and hope to have a great CSM that will work with us in the years to come. As to the Fiix application, there are a number of capabilities that are lacking. We have communicated this to be added as a new feature. Hoping we get these implemented by your Product Development team.

Improve the business process of our in-storage maintenance. From the planning to the distribution of WOs, to the WO being assigned, worked on and closed. This will help our supervisors, mechanics, and electricians do their work effectively with proper tracking.

What I like best was how easily we were able to integrate to FIIX and begin using it Immediatly with near zero hichups...

Our maintenance department is MUCH more organized now and a lot more gets accomplished!  Our employees are able to track the progress of their Work Request.  Paperless so there is less waste. This is light years ahead of what we were doing previously.

Nothing!! It works great!  Very easy to use!

The most helpful feature I can find in Fiix is the Planned Maintenance feature. An upside to this is that WO's can be programmed to automatically go out at a certain time in certain days.
Customer Support is very helpful and they provide good tips and resources. I would also say that this app is fairly easy to use and learn how to navigate, it takes practice for sure.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The downside to Fiix is trying to find a WO (in any status) in a timely manner. Usually I click on "Open WO's" but it will not include all status available. It takes an extra step and extra time to get there.

Organization problems when it comes to the Assets. Also the Planned Maintenance feature is extremely helpful. And the general settings on the WO requests are very helpful, it has essential information. Additionally, I am learning more and more about the funtion to connect Fiix CMMS to Coupa for Purchase Order requests.

Creating the work orders with ease. Also, the time taken by each of the labors can be easily submitted through it. Also, it can be used multiple times and can be an easy tool for the new user.

Most of the features are good but still, one thing that I do not like about is that it keeps logging out in very small interval of time.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

FIIX is very easy to use and facilitates the management of our entire maintenance processes and systems. It provides the flexibility to track and maintain all your maintenance processes and actions and it also provides an effective way of tracking our maintenance spares inventory and tooling. The app makes is very functional and can be used anywhere in the plant, which helps our work order creation and closure process and documentation (photos, videos, etc.). We also have a great selection of reports that help us keep track of our maintenance tech productivity and internal metrics.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The least help part of FIIX is the limitations of the app. It is very easy to use the app, but isn't as versatile as the web based applications because of the work flow to create and close work orders. It also is a little complicated for the technicians to navigate through the work orders and complete some of the tasks properly. They also have a hard time maximizing the data and information inputs.

It helps us stay ahead with spares inventory management and OEM and company recommended maintenance on all our machines to minimize down time.

It was easy to implement especially coming from Excel worksheets, before selecting any CMMS i was able to implement all work orders to be written down in an excel sheet per week. As far as adding equipment to Fixx its pretty simple and straight forward.

The part that I have never liked is the inventory module, to me it seems clunky and should be simpler to use and implement.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Work Orders:  The tracking detail on work orders is fantastic.  Right from the work order you can jump straight to the asset, have full parts breakdown built in, track costs per asset, upload pictures pertaining to the work performed, and so much more.

Assets:  Has a complete tracking of all assets, whether they are online or offline, costs associated to each one, parts breakdowns with vendor detail on where to get the part, how many work orders have been created against the asset, and so much more.  The tracking capability for the assets is second to none!

Dashboard:  There is a fully customizable dashboard which shows all relevant data to myself.  I track backlogged work orders, the assets I look after and which are currently offline and online, which high risk assets are in emergency repair, etc.   As soon as I login, I am seeing anything important that needs attention right away, without having to dig for it.

As a technician, these are the main areas of the program I use, but there is so much more the program offers depending on which data you are wanting to track.

The training provided was great, I was able to follow along with the instructor through a zoom meeting and he shared his screen.  We went through the parts of the application that was applicable to me.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I wish I could customize the dashboard a little more, and be able to leave gaps between widgets to make it more intuitive and quick to see the relevant information I am after.  I could have a grouping of widgets for current work order statuses and emergencies, a gap between, then another group of widgets showing all my assets and which are currently online and offline, etc.

Fiix is making work order and asset management for myself a whole lot easier.  Right from the dashboard I can see relevent information that I need to know as soon as I start my day.  It has made starting my day picking the important work a lot faster and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Fiix works great! The program has everything you need to manage your maintenance parts inventory. We have had it for over a year, and I am still learning about what it can do for us daily. You can track where your inventory is used and how often it is used there. The ability to monitor your assets and how often they are down is fantastic. Fiix also allows you to attach a list of parts that is used on each asset (machine) to that asset (machine), so if the need were there you could implement a kitting program for PM's. Beyond all of it's capabilities, the never ending means of support is great. You can also chat within the Fiix community with other users and chew on some things that they may be able to help you with.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I think the inventory cycle count program needs help. How our inventory is located numerically in the system interferes with the systems ability to give us what we desire. With that being said, it is still a very useful tool within our facility. As i mentioned earlier, the Fiix system is still rather new here, so it may be something we need to work out on our end.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fiix has solved all of our issues with asset management. Tracking where our inventory goes and how often will allow us better to monitor the item or items and the machine itself. Being able to easily track where parts are being applied is such a great tool. This feature will allow a company to monitor usuage per item or asset. Being able to visibly see each asstets parts usage can alert the company that maybe theres more of a problem with that asset other than needing a part change. We havent even scratched the surface of what Fiix is capable of.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I like that it comes as a complete package that meshes your work orders, asset inventory, preventive maintenance, parts tracking, and reporting all into one platform. Your not bouncing between 4 different softwares you get one complete package. The customization is my favorite aspect. You have all the control to make this product what you want it to be!

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I do not have any dislikes the software is constantly improving and they listen to feed back. Every feature that waws not there when we purchased is there now. Couldn't ask for more. If I could say in the future what we would wish for I would say geo tracking for asset items would be an amazing feature to have but I can definately see that is hard to do without adding equipment.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FIIX has given our campus the ability to set preventive maintenance schedules and track documentation of service on the assets that we maintain. FIIX has also given us the ability to have metrics and performance on the work performed and given us metrics on how much work is performed and what our turn over looks like as far as time to completion. We are also able to use it as a tool for training when performing maintenance tasks so that all preventive maintenance that is performed is uniform among technicians.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

ease of use and functionality and the integration was smooth. Information is readily available and at your fingertips.The app is a great tool for finding parts and assets while out on the plant floor.
Service requests are easy to make and adding pictures to assets and parts is a great tool in finding what you need. The implementation team was awesome and helped with all and any issues we had.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The ability to not be able to add multiple BOMS when adding parts.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is alot more user friendly than our past program, and its a All in one programs that saves us from using multiple programs. Hopefully soon we plan on utilizing the AI features helps mitigating the daily use of the program

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Having the ability as a user/technician to review previous notes or see the work history on a piece of equipment is an asset. 
It takes some of the guesswork out of locating an issue and reduces troubleshooting time.
It also helps identify repeat problems or failures allowing your maintenance team to zero in and eliminate recurring issues. 
As an administrator tracking issues and downtime is essential for managing the department.
The ability to schedule maintenance; assign to tasks to specific technicians and know in advance what parts, filters, seals etc. are required is huge.
Fiix also allows inventory control for maintenance stores and parts can be tied to a specific machine or process.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

Some of the tools need further development to make them more flexible for certain tasks or equipment.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Fiix you can track downtime and maintenance costs and use that data to determine if a machine upgrade, or replacement is in order.
It also provides data to target problem areas or components allowing you to schedule downtime when its most practical, not after its failed halting production.
We have also used it to identify less experienced technicians and provide them with additional support and training to make the team operate more effectively.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

The software’s ease of use and excellent customer support allowed our business to flawlessly replace a legacy CMMS that added little to no value to our maintenance operating system. FiiX analytics and an array of customizable dashboards have helped our maintenance team shift focus toward planned and predictive maintenance. Machine operators can now perform and track autonomous maintenance tasks as first lime TPM, allowing our TPM maintenance crews to focus on the work orders that require trade skills to complete. Our next phase will be to roll out FiiX Asset Predictor, which will help sustain our OEE and availability KPIs, helping us reach our potential business output.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

Nothing from a functional use or support as both have been excellent.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our business shifts toward Digital manufacturing FiiX will allow us to harvest the edge data from machines to give us a predictive model of business performance and risk mitigation.
