  ### 1. Very basic simple crm, good for beginners bad for scaling

**What do you like best about Fieldwork?**

It was intuitive and easy to schedule and see the schedule at a glance but it requires some training to become a master of. Its easy to add and remove users which is a big plus, especially with how some competitors lock you in with their pricing for users. PDF uploads for documents is also amazing thats one thing i miss when I switched to fieldroutes.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwork?**

Just about everything else, their lack of features is a killer theres no "job pool" like fieldroutes has intelligent routing is painful and the ui is very very outdated.

**What problems is Fieldwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is not solving any problems for me it created more problems so we switched

Fieldwork provided comprehensive resurch material for our application market scope. It saved my time and provided ready to use Analysis that prevented high risks.

**What do you dislike about Fieldwork?**

Expertiese related to IT industries need to be more advanced.

**What problems is Fieldwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of hiring internal team for resurch or running behind agencies was causing time and Resources lost. With ready Made provded research material and reports it become easy to only focus on our core busines.
