The ability to assign a task and status to every device on a project has revolutionized keeping track of details that would otherwise be easily forgotten. This is by far the best app for construction management i've used. huge pros are:

-all projects are available at the click of a button

-hyperlinks to details and tasks

-tasks that notify selected users

-communication with chat and pictures via those tasks

-able to mark up the drawings for all users to see
