Being able to access the most current documents on my phone is a must and it’s easy with Fieldwire. **What do you dislike about Fieldwire by Hilti?** The most frustrating thing about Fieldwire is that if someone on my team adds an outside user, using the good-sense logic that it would be helpful for their trade contractors to have access to the plans, it automatically begins charging our account for a new user, without any kind of notice to the employee who added the new user. My field guys don’t know who has accounts and who doesn’t, so if they try to add someone who doesn’t have an account, it would be really nice if Fieldwire would give them a confirmation notice that says tells them that we will be charged if they add that user. **What problems is Fieldwire by Hilti solving and how is that benefiting you?** The markups allow my team to stay on the same page, although the markups are a little bit clunky and harder to use than Procore.
