It is an easy system to use, that makes it super simple to find techs nation wide. It's search functions work well, and the tech rating systems are invaluable to our company.
Sometimes there are occasional glitches with the system, but they are usually resolved quickly. Occasionally it can be difficult to get resolution to issues with bad technicians who did poor work on site, or abandoned site etc.
Field Nation directly solves our issue of finding a nationwide workforce to visit sites for our clients, and perform work on site. Sustaining a permanent, nation-wide work force is not a viable option for us, so Field Nation is a perfect solution for that.
FN team always helps with any questions we have. Bi Weekly Cadence is a great way to voice our questions and get answers. If FN team doesn't have an answer, they get back to us through email within the next hour or so!

The ability to create jobs and dispatch them to qualified technicians quickly and efficiently. The ability to screen candidates for ability and experience ensures I get the right tech most of the time.
The speed at which the response to the technician is required. Sometimes I have had the job up for 10 minutes and have already started getting declines from techs due to the quick turnaround in availability. I don't know why I need to be informed of who doesn't want the job, I can just route it to someone who does want the work in my own time.
Nationwide tech needs with minimal notice are being handled quickly much to the joy of the client. The dispatch and WO process is easy and the FlightBoard is easy to manage.

I find the data on each technician (distance from site, experience, number of jobs completed) to be very helpful when selecting a tech.
We often receive requests to increase work order amounts due to the percentages Field Nation takes out of the technician's pay. The ability to build a template with the basic subscription would be awesome.
Field Nation is making it easy for me to find technicians nationally without worrying about competing for business. It saves me a lot of time making phone calls to random businesses that may or may not want my scope of work.
The ability to get several candidates in a short period of time. Knowing a background check and drug screen have already been performed saves time when trying to get a tech quickly.
Technicians don't always have good resumes posted. Creating reports for invoices could be easier or maybe I just don't have the proper training to do them. I wish I had the time to learn more about the reporting features.
When I have a short-term project is it easy to get tech from the vast selection Field Nations has to offer. I also like the ability to be able to choose techs who have worked with us in the past. I have several repeat technicians that are asked for by name when I have a position open.
The new FB looks amazing, it is easy to look at and to work with, the mini WO lay out on the FB helps solve problems quick without opening the WO.
Sometimes the system is down and we have lots going on, so this slows us down, but they are pretty quick to get it back up.
