The system is extremely old and has not been updated since, best estimate, 2001. There is a code error which prevents you from using any modern web browser - you can only use IE and have to add several exceptions for the website to function properly. You are unable to put in all the required information, and the site often crashes or deletes your information. Invoice submission does not go directly to our client, nor does communication.
