Feroot's ability to integrate into our payment page environments and provide timely notifications & alerts had an immediate impact in helping meet the PCI 4.0 requirements. Their support is world class and timely, with a dedicated resource to help get us through our initial phases of onboarding. Feroot has several features that I appreciate. The setup process is straightforward and efficient. For Inspector, it involves a simple one-time page crawl, while for PageGuard, adding a script is all that’s needed, with no noticeable performance impact. The tool effectively blocks unauthorized domain actions that fall outside the defined policy. On our sensitive pages, we haven’t identified any malicious domains, which reinforces the reliability of its “set-and-forget” nature. Additionally, Feroot’s team is highly responsive and open to feedback, offering valuable assistance with PCI compliance and helping maintain overall compliance. With any product, there are a few areas for improvement. Configuring policies through their editor can be less than ideal, making the process feel inefficient at times. Additionally, using Domain Guard has made implementing CSP policies more challenging. While this may partly stem from organizational hurdles—since CSP requires extensive coordination across departments—it’s an area where the tool could provide better support or flexibility.
