**What do you like best about Feefo?**

We’ve worked with Feefo for a number of years at Paleo Ridge, and they’ve been a consistently valuable partner throughout that time.

In an industry where trust is everything, having a reliable and transparent review platform has been essential for us. Feefo has helped us not only showcase genuine customer feedback, but also better understand our customers and continuously improve the experience we offer.

What really sets them apart, though, is the people. Fraser, in particular, has been excellent to work with. He’s always approachable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Whether we’ve needed to adapt our approach, implement changes, or simply sense-check ideas, he’s been there with practical support and clear guidance.

Importantly, Feefo have never felt like a ‘set and forget’ supplier. As our business has evolved, they’ve worked with us to ensure the platform evolves with us — which is exactly what you want from a long-term partner.

Nothing significant. Like any platform, there are occasional areas that could be refined - but these are very specific and now widespread, but overall the experience has been very positive.

Feefo helps us capture genuine, verified customer feedback at scale. That gives us both social proof to build trust with new customers, and actionable insight to improve our products, service, and overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo is a very autonomous piece of software. Once it is implemented and data uploads are automated, there is very little input required (besides responding to reviews). The system is easy to use, doesn't change its user interface often and is a reliable piece of equipment. 
We send at least 100 emails a day, and the system has never had an issue keeping up with us. Content to email campaigns or individual campaigns are easily updated and if you get stuck (which is rare) customer support or your account manager respond extremely quickly with a simple solution. NPS scores are easily calculated, with easy to understand analytics and dashboards. Would highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

I do not feel like there is anything specific I would like to highlight here. If there has ever been an issue, it has been raised and resolved immediately. If nothing is available, you know that the feedback has gone to the development team for consideration. That said, things rarely go wrong!

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our customer feedback is essential to ensure that as a business we are doing things right. This easily managers all feedback and follows up customers in a personal manner per purchase. A system we can just implement and leave to take care of this for us.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

The ease of implementation combined with the ongoing support. Most platforms sign you up and then disappear, but Feefo feels genuinely partnered. Our account manager David Darby has been consistently hands-on in the 4 years since we launched on the platform - with regular check-ins and practical guidance that’s helped us embed reviews properly across the business rather than treating it as a bolt-on.

From a systems point of view, Feefo integrates cleanly into our customer journey and operational workflows, giving us structured feedback at scale without adding admin. It’s simple to deploy, easy for customers to use, and powerful once the data starts flowing.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Honestly, there’s nothing standout negative. Like any platform, there are always areas you’d refine over time, but nothing that’s materially impacted our experience or adoption. Compared to many tools in this space, Feefo has been refreshingly straightforward to roll out and maintain.

If anything, the biggest challenge is internal rather than platform-led - making sure teams consistently act on feedback, which is more about change management than the software itself.

Feefo gives us a single, trusted source of truth for customer experience across stores, products, delivery and aftercare. It brings every customer touchpoint into focus and makes performance visible, both internally and externally.

Operationally, it’s helped us identify service gaps faster, reinforce best practice across teams, and turn real customer feedback into tangible improvements. Commercially, it’s strengthened trust with prospective customers by showing genuine, verified experiences, which directly supports conversion and brand credibility.

Most importantly, it closes the loop between operations and customers - turning feedback into action, and action into better reviews. That feedback loop is where the real value sits.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

I’ve been working with Feefo for years, bringing them into every company I’ve worked for. Their genuine commitment to continuous improvement, ease of use, and outstanding customer service are at the heart of what we should all be doing right now for our clients.

There’s no better presentation than action, and Feefo continues to prove that through their work. I’ll continue to trust Feefo to support our initiatives in building the strongest customer relationships possible.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

One point to note — not a negative, but a consideration — is that our projects have long turnaround times. We don’t work with fast-moving, consumer-based products, so we don’t send review links as frequently. As a result, the platform can sometimes become costly relative to how often we need to use it.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn’t necessarily have a problem to solve — rather, we wanted to professionalise our customer satisfaction process. Our goal was to create a structured way to gather genuine feedback through a short questionnaire and better understand our clients’ experiences.

Using an independent platform like Feefo makes that process much more effective, as it encourages clients to share their honest and authentic thoughts without feeling uncomfortable responding directly to a member of our team.

Feefo has been a pleasure to work with over the years. We use them as our review platform, and the support from our account manager Janet has been excellent. She’s always friendly and proactive, sharing useful updates and tips to help us improve our reviews.

The platform itself is easy to use - the reports are clear, and responding to reviews is straightforward.

Their support team is quick to reply to queries, and even the AI bot is genuinely helpful (a rarity these days!).

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

The dashboard is easy to use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The service feels personable, and I appreciate how open they are to innovation and providing support. Life tends to get away with us so we don't find ourselves on the dashboard constantly however for the frequency of use which we do use it for, it does the job. THe implementation of it was straight forward and Ollie communicated well with our web dev team. Customer service is also great and responses are prompt. Feefo integrates with softwares we neeed it to integrate with so it's a nice all rounder.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Like most things these days, it could be more affordable, and it would be helpful if new features were initially available for free trials. This would allow users to determine whether these additions truly enhance the value of their current subscriptions.

Feefo is a fantastic platform for showcasing our customers' experiences. It's easy to use, and our account manager, Ollie Bond, is excellent - personable, helpful and proactive in ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Being able to share reviews on our social media channels helps highlight our great customer service. All in all, it's a great way to make it easier for potential customers to see why switching to Northern Energy gas is the right choice.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Uploading 'Multiple Sales' usually takes at least a couple of attempts. When downloading the template and adding in my data,  it won't upload the first time, but almost always takes further attempts, which is frustrating and time-wasting.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is a valuable tool for attracting new business. It also helps us identify and address any concerns our customers may occasionally have. It allows us to showcase our strengths and build trust with potential customers, whilst continually improving our service based on the feedback we receive

It is a platform we are happy with, and we have an open dialogue on areas that could be improved, such as reporting and customisation.

Getting honest feedback from our customers about the products we sell. It helps gives us market insights that help us manage relationship with suppliers by sharing positive and negative feedback. Because we provide the list of customers who will be send the survey, we can quickly identify and act on any issues that need addressing. Being able to showcase the feedback on our digital channels then helps new customers. The constant stream of new feedback supports our SEO performance.

Easy to use backend, fantastic technical customer support and a willingness to help the customers even if they end up rolling their sleeves up to do the work.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

A solution for initial integration for Magento 2.0 seems to be lacking, we had to put quite a bit of development work in to ensure connectivity.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feefo is a review platform yes which is great but they actually give you access to people that know how to use it to the fullest. Not just 1st line tech support with a script but actual in depth users that log in to your backend and make positive changes for you. For example we have been talking to Zoe S. who has not just told us about new and under used features in our subscription but has logged in and enabled and amended things that we're not even fully aware of or haven't had to time to look at ourselves.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

I appreciate the cost-effectiveness of Feefo compared to Trustpilot, which made the switch a logical decision for our company. The transition was smooth, thanks to the excellent support provided by Feefo’s team. In particular, their representative Dajana offered invaluable support by explaining tips to increase the number of reviews clearly and following it up with helpful instructions via email. The setup process was easy, which was a relief, and Feefo's supportive team made it a seamless experience. I find the automated system particularly useful because it efficiently manages tasks by automatically sending emails to customers, encouraging them to write reviews. This feature streamlines the review gathering process and integrates well with WooCommerce, my existing tool. Furthermore, the system's suggestion to personalize emails, alter send times, and promote engagement by replying to every review promises enhanced interaction with customers. I am very satisfied with Feefo as it aligns with my business needs, and I would willingly recommend it to others.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

There's plenty to like about Feefo - verified customer reviews, service and product reviews in one email so you build up more product reviews (important for Google Shopping), easy to use interface, good choice of widgets. What sealed the deal for us was being able to add Treefo - it's great to know that we can contribute positively to the environment in this way. The onboarding team were great and when we hit a never-before-seen technical glitch, they stayed with it until it was resolved.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Still finding my way around the dashboard and reports. Our main challenge has been choosing the right widget - at the moment, the widget we're using is making each product page look like a Feefo page as we've inadvertently chosen a widget that displays every review.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key issue with using Trustpilot is that they send service review requests and product review requests separately to customers. We found that we were getting lots of product reviews in the service reviews which can't be used in our Google Shopping and nor could they be attributed to a specific SKU on our website. Feefo has resolved that issue for us by collecting service and product reviews in one place. They give customers the option to delay their review in the event that they haven't yet tried their product. This has already resulted in a significant increase in product reviews that can be displayed on our website and used in Google Shopping attributable to the specific product.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo makes it so easy to gather genuine feedback from our Contractors, Candidates and Clients – all in one place. The platform is super intuitive to use and the insights we get are invaluable for shaping a better experience for everyone we work with. 

We also receive fantastic support from our Customer Success Manager – they're always helpful and genuinely interested in helping us get the most out of the platform. 

Plus, the Treefo initiative is such a good bonus – knowing that our feedback activity is contributing to tree planting shows Feefo’s commitment to sustainability, which aligns perfectly with our values.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

There’s not much to fault, but if we had to pick something, sometimes the platform goes back to the log in page when you change filters, it's really quick to log back in but just a little frustrating!

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feefo has helped us overcome the challenge of collecting regular, honest feedback without it feeling forced or time-consuming. Before Feefo, feedback was hard to track, but now it’s consistent, centralised and really easy to analyse.

It also bridges the gap between positive experiences and visibility. We’re now able to showcase feedback directly to our wider team and leadership, which helps boost morale internally and supports business development efforts externally.

On top of that, it helps us to identify any small issues before they become bigger ones – it’s helping us continuously improve the service we deliver, which is a win for everyone.

The added environmental impact through Treefo means we’re also giving something back with every review, which is a brilliant bonus and something we can confidently shout about!

Compliance and moderation: Feefo take pride in their operational processes of ensuring that as a business we're surfacing fair, clear and honest reviews to our consumers 

Technical support: if we need to dig into any data to understand insights or we feel there's an opportunity to improve our product capabilities, Feefo are approachable and collaborative in their approach to helping us to implement that 

UX Experience: review process is clear and easy for our users to be able to complete and submit a review

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

There have been instances where within our technical partnership support team, it has taken a little longer than our usual SLAs to close tickets where there's been a customer issue. However it's important to acknowledge that on flagging that with Feefo, they've been proactive in aligning on a better process moving forward. We also have monthly operational catch ups which I find really useful and help us to address any issues collaboratively between our company and Feefo so that they can be resolved quickly.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've recently undergone an audit as a company in response to the new DMCC legislation which aims to make review processes fair and transparent to consumers and Feefo have been supportive and proactive in helping us align our principles and operations more closely to this new legislation. We've already identified some quick win optimisations to make the experience for consumers clearer and easier and having their guidance and knowledge has helped us to move faster with these sorts of changes.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

I find Feefo easy to work with, the syndication of products is very reliable, and on the whole, it works seamlessly. The support team are responsive, and the account management and directors are friendly and eager to please.
I find the platform basic but user-friendly and functional.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

As mentioned the platform and reports are very basic and cluncky. Areas for improvement would be to provide recommendations and optimisation suggestions, as to which there are none. Introduction, to AI within responses or review display would be very welcome. 
There have also been a few feed or processing which have always been self-identified, so no alerts for unusual activity are in place or account knowledge/management from the team. These issues were always very slow to be resolved with myself identifying the how the issue could be solved.  Quarterly reviews were always last-minute slide presentations put together with little account knowledge and more of a sales pitch.

It is not so much a 'dislike' as such but what we are trying to do is integrate our booking system with Feefo to improve automation. Time will tell as to whether this can be done effectively or not.

The setup process was straightforward, and the Feefo team were incredibly helpful from the start, making onboarding smooth and stress-free. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who aren't especially technical. I particularly like the wide range of features – the social sharing functionality stands out as a great way to amplify customer feedback. It also integrated seamlessly with our existing systems, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Customer support has been consistently responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. That said, I can see how some users might want deeper customization options for widgets or a more modern design for some of the dashboard elements. Reporting is good overall, but occasionally it takes a few more clicks than expected to get to the data you need. Also, it would be useful to have more real-time alerts or notifications when new reviews come in.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo is much kinder on our budget for the number of review invites we can send out compared to other big-name review platforms. Their staff are super friendly and helpful - Dajana especially has been great with us when we came to her about updating and improving our invite templates. They've also got a great feature called Treefo which lets us do something for the environment automatically and with minimal effort. The timing and frequency settings are all easy to use and give us control over how our customers receive invites without needing to manually send them out.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

The only downside is perhaps that Feefo isn't as easily recognised as a review platform compared to other big ones, but we are more than happy with our experience with them and the platform is all very modern and trustworthy so we are comfortable staying with them, even if customers might not have heard of them.

Feefo lets us showcase what our customers think of us and send out a lot of review invites every month, all within our budget as a smaller company.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Many upsides using Feefo. 

1. Very quick to responds to false reviews and the investigations are fair and reviewed as we'd expect. 
2. Easy for our customers to leave reviews, simple email prompt with not too much data. (But enough to leave a valid review)
3. Price is fair and competitive against other review providers. 
4. Widgets for our website look clean and easy for our customers to read. 

Any issues we've had are always sorted within 24/48 hours, which is a massive plus.

Nothing, can't fault them. We've had no issues as of yet so nothing to complain about.

The cost is very competitive, and all reviews that we receive are safe guarded to ensure fake reviews can't be posted. (This isn't the same with other providers) 
When false reviews are made by customers, with incorrect facts, the investigation is treated fairly which can't be said with other providers.

We’ve found Feefo incredibly easy to use and intuitive for our team. The platform integrates with our CRM, meaning we are able to use things like the attribute scores to form a bonus structure for one of our teams.  It's simple to manage reviews and customer feedback, and the dashboard is clear and user-friendly.

Honestly, very little! Our overall the experience has been excellent. The setup was straightforward, and support from Ollie has been quick and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

Easy to use platform to capture and manage customer reviews. The customer service team are great at helping with any queries we have - quick responses and clear, concise replies. 
Well know brand name so customers are more likely to leave reviews, plus with an easy to follow questionnaire our response rate has been great! 
Easy to integrate with and had an informative onboarding call.

Sometime sit is not always clear as to the outcome of a review that is marked for moderation - you have to go in and check the status manually but would be good to have a notification.

We use Feefo every week to seek new reviews from members who have interacted with the business and it's a great tool to return to when looking for quotes for promotional material. Feefo also offer a range of marketing widgets as options to feature reviews on our website and their annual Trusted Service Awards give us a tangible result from our members' positive feedback. Our contact, Ollie, is personable, reliable, and there whenever we need. I don't see us ever moving away from Feefo, it's a core part of our strategy for seeking and promoting our members' feedback.

I found the onboarding process incredibly easy. The customer support in getting off the ground was fantastic. The integration was seamless. We have been using Feefo for almost three years and the benefit we have found is hugely significant. I log onto Feefo every morning to see customers are leaving honest reviews so we can improve on certain pinch points but most importantly, when customers are contemplating shopping with us they can see that we are trusted thanks to Feefo reviews. The ongoing support we have with our account manager Ollie has been fantastic, no issue to big or tow small and he turns it around for us immediately!

Feefo has been a great partner of ours for over over five years.  We've had a great relationship with our account manager for a long time, which is rare these days with software companies.  They have responsive support, are frequently updating the service with new enhancements, and provide everything our small business needs as a review aggregator at a good price.  We use the product every day and it's always been very stable and reliable.  Any technical issues we've experience over the years were resolved by feefo quickly.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Some new features they implement, which I think should be included in our subscription for free, are behind a pay wall.

Our Feefo business reviews page displays on Google searches lower than some of their competitors.  Meaning potential customers searching for business reviews about our company will see another reviews company show first.

Collecting product and service reviews from our customers and displaying them in meaningful ways on our website and search engines.

We love that Feefo are focussed on the benefit of reviews for businesses, and ensuring all reviews are verified to prevent damage to businesses reputation by stray reviewees. The badges once you've been with them a while is a fantastic idea and makes it all much more credible and we love the Treefo incentive too. Their customer service not only to set up but the check-ins thereafter have been great. You don't get forgotten about after they've sold it to you. 
The platform is really user friendly and the implementation team were fantastic. It integrates well with our Magento site and we use Feefo daily to see reviews, check stats etc.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

We don't have the ability to use Feefo with Sage 50 accounts easily. Previously we used trustpilot who used to send service review invites using a cc email address which was great for us. But I feel what we've gained outweighs what we've lost.

False reviews being left is a problem of the past for us and our main goal was an increase in product reviews, their platform is so flexible and they will work with you to achieve your goals. Having a dedicated account manager makes it all the better. Between Kim Owen and Louise Cross I'm very pleased with the service they provide us.

I appreciate Feefo's competitive pricing structure and the flexibility to add or remove features for different costs. It's easy to set up, and the intuitive dashboard helps me access key metrics quickly without needing to employ extra staff yet for analysis work. I also value the customisation options for branded graphics and the proactive support from my account manager and the development team. Feefo's quantitative and qualitative feedback insights are crucial for refining our customer service and product priorities, enabling us to make informed decisions and improve our offerings. We have found that sharing the reviews internally to our staff is a really powerful motivator for them.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

I found it difficult to integrate Feefo into our SharePoint internal intranet. It required pasting a considerable amount of code, which was straightforward on our website but not as easy on the SharePoint intranet. This integration challenge remains unresolved, and our IT team is still working on it to effectively utilise the widget.

I find Feefo enables us to collect quantitative and qualitative feedback easily, helping our startup prioritise which of our product development priorities should be next, and maintain efficient operations with a slim staff. Its user-friendly dashboard and customisable branding empower me to manage marketing without needing extra resources. Another good feature is that I've been able to add a number of our staff as users at no extra cost and I've been able to tailor their preferences so that they can immediately be notified when a review relevant to their department comes in. That has helped to integrate Feefo as part of our shared language for growth strategy across the business.

We love Feefo for its simplicity; we're able to collect and manage genuine reviews from real guests easily. They also provide a dedicated Success Manager who ensures we get the best from the product.

Implementation took longer than we expected, but once you're up and running, it pretty much runs itself.

Before we used Feefo, most people were using Google to leave reviews. The issue with this was that we had no way of verifying whether these were genuine or fake. Feefo's closed invite-only model ensures we're able to collect feedback from real guests who have experienced our product.

There is also a number of features that get rolled out which is great for a growing company like us!

We have an excellent working relationship with our success director and no question or query is too small for their notice. 
Feefo dashboard itself is easy to navigate and is reliable for consistent use.

There are some features since the merger from Reevoo that are missing on the Feefo dashboard that now requires someone from Feefo to manualy prodcuse that data for us.  Would have been nice to keep the functionally we had but hopefully we can gain new features that we can use instead in future.

Ability to amend and personalise questionnaires, getting product performance scores and feedback relating to website functionality.

Easy to use platform with lots of great features from insights to social media posting. Gives great insight to what our customers think of the service we deliver along with the quality of our products. Allows us to celebrate the positives and focus on specific improvements directly from what our customers tell us. 
Easy to set up different campaigns depending on what we want to focus on throughout the year.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

We see around 10/15 reviews coming in to us each week so not huge volumes but what we do see and have access to is enough for a business our size. No real negative comments to mention.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A recent example: we started selling the new Fairphone 6, this was a really big deal for us as it's our flagship mobile. Feefo allowed us to send out reviews to customers who purchased the handset and gain insight in to what our customers thought. This helps us shape how we market, advertise, sell and service customers - if the campaign goes well then we don't need to change a great deal, if the feedback from the campaign isn't so positive it allows us to make the changes our customers tell us which means we can deliver great products that meet customer needs. Feefo solves the issue of having customer insight in the palm of our hands.
