The transformers are effective and logical. Most of the time, the systems are fast and work properly. If a feed is too big, sometimes Feedonomics freezes. Sometimes I can not easily download the feed from the transformed data tab and that can be super frustrating. Sometimes after transformers are put in to place, I need to to restart the system because Feedonomics will not update. **Recommendations to others considering Feedonomics:** This has been a great tool and they have great support. Often times, when a reply is made a new email thread is created making it difficult to reference old responses. There is also not a way to directly email someone that we work with frequently, instead a ticket has to be created and they have to be looped in. **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to better optimize our feeds by adding custom labels, filters, and other categories so we can better advertise our products. We have a number of safeguards and optional alerts in place to notify clients of anomalies in the source data. In addition, large feeds may be processed slowly by the ad channels they’re exported to, so we have automated retries in place to re-push a feed when it times out; these timeouts/retries also trigger email notifications and typically resolve themselves.
