Since I rely on the platform daily, it would be helpful if ticket statuses provided more detailed visibility—for example, showing if the assigned specialist is actively working on it or currently outside their working hours. Because my schedule doesn’t always overlap with theirs, I sometimes have to wait until the next day for updates. Not only are you able to manage your inventory feeds here - I have used this system for a variety of different data aggregation and automated processes in my time, showing how flexible this system is. Whether you are managing your Feeds yourself or are relying on one of their incredibly capable teams to do it, this is the superior platform out there. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** The only issues I have had with Feedonomics has been on the direct customer support side - mainly timeliness of answers. We've always known we've needed to review the feed element of our tech stack but have been hestitant to prioritise it (if it's not broke don't fix it!) so the re-platform was the push we needed. Feedonomics were one of the most highly recommended partners out there and so after looking around and comparing with other providers we decided they were the best option. The feedonomics package is fully-managed which makes far more sense for our incredibly lean in-house team. The platform also seems far easier to manage in terms of updating products in bulk before they hit the merchant center. We're excited to test different elements of the feed and see how we can further enhance our paid advertising, whilst also taking the manual element out of 'best practice'. Every member of the feedonomics team has been incredibly helpful and flexible, and show a clear interest and drive towards our success. No question seems too much and we feel like support is always on hand. No member of our team has done a re-platform before so the fact that our site was down for 5 hours and our paid advertising was back on and relatively unaffected within a couple of hours (once we'd completed internal testing of the new site), we felt the integration really couldn't have gone much smoother. We're all very excited to unlock the benefits of feedo that we might not even know about yet! **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** Feedonomics are definitely at the pricier end of the market so we have made a large investment in choosing to partner with them. We're less than one month in so we're yet to be able to measure our success, but fingers crossed the benefits stack up and we're set for a long future with Feedonomics! **What problems is Feedonomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual management of the catalog, whether fixing errors in GMC or filling in missing product data. Our team is very lean so this frees up people in-house and eliminates quite a menial task! Best practice seems to change day-to-day so optimisation of product titles/attributes/images is all currently set and left and we don't have the capacity to test different options. We're excited about running tests to push away from our 'norm' and our opinion and experience growth across paid and organic traffic. ### 35. They then give multiple follow up emails, even if I do respond, asking if it is resolved. I used to spend hours coming through the feed and manually implementing title and product optimizations that I didn't even know would work. When I used Feedonomics, I get an assigned rep who handled all the integrations and recommended a series of changes that they implemented within a week. The process was very easy, and I can tap into the Feedonomics team for help whenever I have a ticket to submit. If I want to run an A/B test or set up custom labels, they jump on it. Kevin, my onboarding rep, was amazing and worked professionally and timely. Feedonomics is our #1 recommendation for Feed Management Tools for Meta and Google. **What do you dislike about Feedonomics?** I don't have any downsides of Feedonomics.
