What do you like best about Feedlink?

I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service provided by Alex from Feedlink's customer service! From start to finish, Alex was incredibly helpful and efficient in addressing my customization issues for our feedlink ( goodbasestudio.link 👀).

In under 10 minutes, Alex not only understood and resolved my concerns but also demonstrated exceptional transparency. When he encountered a technical issue, he communicated it clearly and promptly forwarded it to the development team for a quick fix. This level of dedication and swiftness is truly commendable.

Moreover, Alex went above and beyond by engaging with our AI for Accessibility Survey (https://goodbasestudio.typeform.com/AIaccessibility) and sharing it with his team. His willingness to assist and his proactive approach must earn him employee of the year!
