Feedback Express helps you gain reviews in a fast and efficent way. Once configured properly, which can take a little time to get write, it will automatically send friendly emails to your buyers asking for feedback and/or a review. This helps your Amazon rating and grow your business. Its great as you can 'scale-up' using the various packages depending on your sales. You can also easily drop it down, should you decide to change your product lines or something is not selling as well as before. Customer service is also fast to use if you have any issues. What do you like best about FeedbackExpress?

The website is fluid and easy to navigate. Designing and making campaigns couldn’t be easier and they have proven effective with the amount of positive feedbacks we now receive on a daily basis. There is a plethora of information available on the first page with gives me an insight on how well we are doing. The best feature of the website is the notifications that get sent out if something has gone wrong like receiving a negative feedback. Not only do we get sent an email but also a text straight to my phone which is very useful especially when I’m out of the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FeedbackExpress?

What I dislike about the website is that it seems almost impossible to login on a mobile. I have spent much time looking for a login button but cannot find it so I’m forced to use the desktop version on a mobile instead which can prove a little tricky at times. The overall speed of the website could do with a little boost but that may be down to my internet provider and computer so I won’t be too critical about that. Other than that I can’t really fault the website as it does everything I need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FeedbackExpress:

I would certainly recommend getting FeedbackExpress as the increase in revenue far outweighs the cost to use the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FeedbackExpress solving and how is that benefiting you?

This website has proven very successful in improving my business as it has help massively in bringing in more sales. I am able to attract more customers to buy from us due to the amount of positive feedbacks I am now receiving. This is a result of the campaign which is sent out to customers after they have ordered reminding them to leave a feedback on the service we have provided. We are now able to counter negative feedbacks and it is easier to spot them because the website sends in notifications when a negative feedback has been left. Quickly create campaigns to increase product reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have 2 campaigns open at the same time, changes may be overwritten causing (in our case) emails to go to the wrong customer. You must only ever edit one campaign at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
