What do you like best about Feedback Lite?
It always been an problem for me to generate quality feedback on website which can help customer support and quality in producing more productive and quality products. I solved and catered this problem with the help of Feedback Lite in 2016. It's the great tool with many positive perks and few negative perks in its portfolio. It provides me with the opportunity to generate customized and specialized feedback for my won website with the ability to write questions that can help me in getting productive feedback from customers in the form of small survey. I can also distribute my feedback into positive and negative feedback which can be sent to customer support team of the website to contact the customers and address their concerns or greet them on positive feedback. Feedback is always been regarded as the fundamental feature of any business which is essential for business growth and development. It's very convenient platform for creating your own survey that too with lite version in just few clicks. Very easy to use and even though it's lite but have almost all features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not compatible if you are looking to prepare questionnaire or some long survey.
Also have less transition and feature compared to other apllication. Application could much more easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
